New Car Purchase

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. There was no stress or added pressure to buy which I appreciated. First class experience the whole way. Will be back for all maintenance visits as well as any future car purchases. Highly recommend! Great service and even better people!

3rd Purchase

I have had the pleasure of purchasing three vehicles from this dealership in the last 2 years. Every visit has been friendly and fun. My wife was surprised by how welcoming everyone was compared to other dealerships she has visited. I highly recommend this dealer for sales and service.

Great communication, very friendly and understanding staff.

Purchasing my Subaru Wrx was easy and stress-free. I didn't feel pushed into anything and the staff made the choices available to me simple to choose between. Service was exceptional as well.

excellent experience

I had a wonderful experience working with Wayne and the whole team at Subaru Superstore. Wayne made the experience of buying a car from across the country easy and painless. We did a lot of the paperwork in advance, and then when I got to Phoenix, Wayne even picked me up at the airport. A few hours later I got to drive away in my wonderful car to start a new life in Arizona. Karen was great in handling the paperwork for my lease, and Rex made it fun to learn about the fancy radio and other features of my vehicle. Thanks everyone!

Great Selection, Great Price, Great Service

This was my first car buying experience and Wayne made it a great one. I appreciated his knowledge of the selection, honest opinions, fair price, and low pressure. Pierre in Finance was also extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic car buying experience.

Ginger is not just a pretty face she warm, caring, and has a outstanding personality. If I could select her on dealer rater for 5 stars I would. I met Antonio for the first time today and he was willing to go out of his way when I was in a pinch. Thank you Antonio and Ginger -Kent

BETTER THAN A PORSCHE

The Subaru Superstore is the most outstanding auto dealership I have seen in my 82 years. I have had experience with Porsche, Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota and VW. If I were given the opportunity to write a slogan for Subaru it would be "BETTER THAN A PORSCHE" While at superstore I have had the pleasure of working with Rex Neely. He ranks very high on my list of spectacular employees. I was president of a small corporation for 50 years which gave me the ability to evaluate employees for caring, service, listening skills, communication, knowledge, and value to the company. I fact if I were not retired I would I would have lured him away from your company. I hope this evaluation is seen by the owner of this company. -Kent

Rating Rex Neely

Rex was a very helpful and friendly person. Rex went out of his way to help my wife and me. He actually came to our house to program our garage door opener. Subaru Super store is very lucky to have an employee like Rex.
