My boyfriend and I were planning on purchasing a new car about 3 months from now. That plan got sped up when our 17-year-old faithful Dodge overheated on our way back to Sedona from Phoenix. We stayed an extra night in Phoenix and spent the next day car shopping. We went to a couple of dealerships before heading to Subaru. When we got there, instead of salesmen swarming we were given space to check the lot out for ourselves before anyone approached us. About 5 minutes into our window shopping, Ryan Appleberry came out and we discussed what we were looking for in a car. Instead of pushing what worked for him, he really listened and we ended up leaving with MY DREAM CAR- a 2017 Subaru Forester. Even when there was a hiccup in the paperwork, Ryan worked with us. He made us feel listened to, and we are confident he helped us get the very best deal that we could. Highly recommend this Subaru location and Ryan himself. After we settled on the car, Antonio showed us, in detail, all the perks we get from leasing through a Subaru dealership and how to care for the car. He was fabulous. We had a GREAT experience! Absolutely would come back.

Wayne was so pleasant to work with from the start! He made everything so painless! Which was so awesome! He got me into a car I wanted, payment and Intrest rate I wanted! He was very personable, knowledgable and friendly and outgoing! Loved that he sat and chatted with us about life!! I would recommend this dealer over and over again! 5 stars for sure! I had a very good experience buying a car from Justin Butcher. He was very helpful, and not pushy. Wrapping up the deal and arranging financing was great and painless as well.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. No pushing salesman or hardline hassle. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The paperwork was fast and stress free. There was a snack bar, comfortable seating and even a play room to keep the kids happy.

Ask for Morgan Trzaskos when you go. We test drove a half dozen cars and he was the most accommodating salesman we've ever come across. We were not going to rush and he reinforced our approach when he said "take your time, next to a home this is the next biggest purchase you'll make." We went in pre-approved but ended up getting a better apr rate through Subaru Chase. They worked well with us negotiating the price and never once was Morgan or his finance team pushy. We had been in a car accident and my car was totaled. I had no intentions of buying a new car anytime soon. So we weren't exactly thrilled to be there. But I cannot stress enough how great Morgan was. It was a long day (lots of test drives) but we ended up walking out of there very very happy. We ended up buying a 2012 Honda Crosstour and we are in love with it. The dealership itself was nice with plenty of comfy chairs, tvs, snacks, water & Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend this dealership for new or preowned cars.

Just leased our second Subaru Forester from Scott Jenkins. He is a very professional and friendly sales person and he made the procedure pleasant for us. Rex did a good job explaining new features on the car and Marc and his magic board in finance took care of business quickly. We love the car and look forward to continuing to work with Jerry in service, also an excellent employee for Subaru Superstore. We actually enjoy taking the car in for service!

We live in Tucsion, but came up to Chandler to purchase our 2016 Crosstrek because Scott Jenkins gave us a reasonable offer upfront. The staff at the Subaru Superstore was friendly, but efficient. They covered what they needed to cover, but allowed us to make our own decision.
