Wonderful and knowledgeable staff

I walked onto the lot and I was very impressed with how knowledgable the staff was about every detail in the buying process. The showroom was pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The sales staff were willing to work with me and negotiate a reasonable price that I could work with. I would highly recommend this experience to my friends and family.

Opening to the world of subaru

I am thinking about getting a new car and I wanted to see what was so special about Subaru after my friends have hyped about it for so long. Not too long ago I saw a BEAUTIFUL white forester with brown leather at the mall with paper plates. I was excited to find out that there is a Subaru dealership not too far from my house, only a few miles. It was fairly busy and the first friendly face I saw when walking through the double doors was a delivery specialist named Rex. Sadly they did not have a white with tan leather but he grabbed one with black leather since it is merely just a color. He showed me so much and was very knowledgeable and talking about things like the eye sight, and so many other features I could have with my forester if I ordered it. I am currently in a lease, and was given all my options. I am so happy that Rex helped me out in making the decision on my next lease.

Subaru Forrester Experience

This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson was professional yet friendly and not pushy at all. The first time we went in he showed and informed us on how the boxer engine worked and test drove the car. He did not push us into anything. After a month or so and after researching and test driving other cars we came back to this dealership and to the same salesperson.

Subaru Forester University

My wife and I attended the instructional session offered at the dealership in conjunction of the purchase of a 2017 Forester. Both of us were very pleased with the additional information we received associated with the use of all of the safety equipment and accessories offered on our particular model. The instruction was first rate and the instructor was well informed and able to not only answer all of the questions posed but made it fun and interesting. We both highly recommend this class for all Subaru owners.

Once again Seton comes through for us

After getting in an accident and having my Subaru totaled, I needed to get another car quick. And for the third time I returned to Subaru Surperstore to get another Subaru. Seton Faircloth sold me my first two cars and I went back to him for the third. Seton is the reason I keep coming back to Subaru Superstore. He always goes out of his way to get me the car and deal I want, and always treats me like a person and not just another customer. If any of my friends are looking for a car I will be sure to send them to Seton.

Great service, great prices

I was made to feel comfortable and welcome at this dealership. The salesman, Scott Jenkins,was very knowledgeable and efficient. I got a good valuation on my trade in and a good price for my new vehicle.

Amazing Experience!

After 17 years of dreading the car buying process, I finally got the courage to walk into the Subaru Superstore in Chandler, AZ and I met Bill East. Boy, was I lucky! Bill is an amazing representative for Subaru. He made me feel comfortable right away, and took me on a test drive. I was amazed at all of the new technologies built into the Subaru. I especially appreciated Bill's patience as he explained and demonstrated all of the many safety features of the 2017 Subaru Outback. Bill made the process of getting a new car so easy. He introduced me to all of the key players, from finance, to service, to delivery. Bill is a true professional Thank you!

Great Experience

We worked with Dan to buy the car. He did not sell us things we did not want on the car and was professional and courteous. Would highly recommend him. Christine walked us through the car last night. What a gem! She obviously loves her job, was patient, highly knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I love the little touches like taking the time to educate us and offering classes on the Eyesight. We have never owned a Subaru but will definitely be recommending your dealership and product to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience overall.

Low Stress Environment

I recently bought a 2017 Forester from the Subaru Superstore. Of course, much of the decision to purchase this car had to do with my own research into the Subaru brand and its noted reliability and resale values, but I also felt really comfortable at this dealership. The amenities were fantastic and all members of the sales and technology teams were knowledgeable and didn't apply the expected pressure to purchase. My experience was handled very well from the moment that I walked in the door and ultimately led me to purchase from this dealership.

Reasonable Value, Good customer service

Friendly sales staff puts out solid effort and even the finance rep was friendly. No great deals, but the price was reasonable and there was an even mix of pressure and just friendly accommodation.
