Daniel did a great job making me comfortable during the entire sales process. I have to admit that I was apprehensive about going to a car dealer with Super in their name. I had imagined that would mean super high pressure, and impersonal service. That was certainly not the case at the Subaru Superstore. Daniel assured me that getting the car I wanted was the goal of everyone there. After a little back and forth, I ordered the exact Legacy Limited I wanted, and at a great price too. Everyone I met was friendly. While I was waiting for Daniel to crunch the numbers, sometimes other staff members would stop by and strike up a casual conversation. I have been driving for decades. The friendly atmosphere I experienced, made purchasing my first Subaru among the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

I showed up and had a used vehicle in mind that was on the lot. I was greeted by a friendly and attentive salesman before I got to the front door. He showed me the vehicle and thanks to his great knowledge of the car he helped me into the vehicle I'm driving today! As far as finance goes you think boring and endless paperwork... my experience was the opposite. Thanks to Kim in finance, she made the whole experience fun, quick, and very professional. Overall my whole experience at this dealership would be rated 10 stars if I could and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! I am very satisfied with my '13 Mazda speed3 purchase!

Justin was very helpful and understanding while helping me try to figure out why my Bluetooth audio was not working properly with the spotify app. Although we were both rather stumped on the issue he handled the situation very well and was helpful, informative and friendly. The experience was pleasant and I would recommend Justin.

The following all may sound OTT, but the experience to date has truly been this positive. From the first meeting to the after sales check-in, to the second after sales check-in, our experience with every person and aspect of this dealership has been an A+. We not only highly recommend our primary sales contact, Morgan (professional, knowledgeable, personable, patient, etc.), but every other sales, service and support person we met. Purchasing the 2016 Outback Limited with all the bells and whistles is not only a significant investment but comes with a learning curve if you want to take advantage of all the tech! We received a personal step-by-step introduction to our car from Christine, which included pairing our media devices, garage door opener, etc. – a critical after-sales addition that many dealerships just don’t offer. And we can return for a refresher session offered once a month, or book another one-on-one appointment with Christine! We were also assigned a service contact for the future and given an overview of that operation. Subaru Superstore goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with your decision and your purchase. They are really in the relationship-building business which could be why buyers come from other states to purchase here! A big thank you to everyone; in particular Morgan, Christine and to the owners who not only made a real difference to us, but who promote a philosophy and business model which not only make their employees happy (which shows!) but any potential buyer a fan.

My husband and I just stopped in to take a look at a used car we found online. His can was on it's last leg and so we were looking for another one for his commute. We received great service from Ryan. We ended up buying the car because of his hard work. Next time we look we will come back for sure.

Justin Butcher helped me with an excellent explanation of my GPS and texting information on my Subaru Forester. He is very friendly and very patient with me while I was learning how to use the GPS. His explanations were very easy to understand and he is very knowledgeable about the operation of the car. He is an asset to this dealership. It was a pleasure to work with him.

The best part was the ability to have in hand a printed bid regarding the car we wanted, without vague promises. My wife and I were looking for a used Subaru BRZ or WRX. The Subaru Superstore was the first location we went to see a WRX. After researching online we found that the prices for the Subaru Superstore were very comparable to other used WRX's sold elsewhere. We were interested in the Certified Pre-Owned cars so it seemed like the perfect place. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Justin Butcher. He was polite and did not waste our time. He showed us the cars we wanted to see and answered any questions we had. His in-depth knowledge of the WRX culture, and capabilities reassured us. He was able to answer specific questions on performance parts that would likely be difficult for most sales employees. His enthusiasm made me feel excited to purchase a used car from the Subaru Superstore.
