We were impressed with the dealership from the moment we walked in. Our salesperson, Mike Wray, was knowledgable, and did a wonderful job explaining the features and options on our car. He also came 40 miles home with us to get our second trade-in so we didn't have to drive it back. In all, it took about 6 hours to purchase the car, and we didn't need financing. We gave them that feedback just after the purchase and received a call from the owner acknowledging our concern. We've only use the service department once. The work was done well, but not to schedule and the representative who was supposed to keep us updated was not as diligent as we would have liked. The service facilities for waiting are exceptional - clean, and set up with plenty of seating and workstations.

We came in just for a test drive, just in case to take a look at another car, but were pretty sure we would just get a new 4Runner. The test drive was impressive, with Bouvier Brandon introducing us to all the new features of the best cars in the world. Throughout, staff was most friendly, informative and helpful. We were given a good offer, and as always went home to sleep over such a decision -- no pressure on us that we need a deal right away. We did more homework and research, came back, negotiated a better deal that made us happy. Except for the usual push of "extended warranties" by the finance guy, everything went very smoothly. Very impressed also by the finishing staff who introduced us to the gazillions of buttons in the car, offering to be on call to be ready to help at any time. After bad experiences w/ pushy sales folks in the last century, I still loath going car shopping as much as I loath seeing the dentist for a root canal. This was the opposite kind of experience, and I would be happy to go to this dealer again next week to buy another car. It was fun and nice.

From sales to service, this dealer is top-notch. The salesman was earnest, sincere and extremely knowledgeable and my service experience has been exceptional. I have bought new cars for 40 years but I have never felt so positive about a dealership and its employees. I did not have to haggle, pretend to leave or play any games to get the price down. Nor did I feel as if the salesman were playing games. All my service problems were dealt with quickly, I was given a brand new loaner for the day and my car is always washed thoroughly. Even if I stop by without warning to ask a service question, somebody readily helps me. After 12,000 miles, I have absolutely no complaints. I hope this continues.
