I decided to look for a certified used Outback. I had the Impreza hatchback and with my growing family it just wasn't big enough any longer. Aside from more room, I also needed a roof rack, a hitch for towing a light trailer and additional storage space. I had purchased my Impreza at this Subaru location and had such a wonderful experience there that I decided to check here first again. Low and behold I linked up with Carlos and got a smokin' deal. In and out with a smile on my face. They got me everything I wanted quickly at the price I was looking for. I will shop here and refer people for years to come. I an ever declining customer service world, these guys know how to stay at the top of my charts! Thank you so much Carlos and team for all your hard work! Carlos saw me through to the end and even came and showed me the car at my place of employment since I couldn't cut away since I was so serious about buying. After deciding to move to Colorado we realized that we needed to buy a reliable vehicle that could handle snow and mountains, our '09 Corolla wasn't going to cut it! So after extensive research we decided to buy a Subaru. We were nervous about going to a car dealership as our previous buying experiences at another dealership had been stressful and difficult. After reading online reviews we decided to visit the Subaru Superstore in Chandler. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable at the dealership. Seth the salesman came out to greet us. What we really appreciated is that he gave us the time and space to browse on our own then when we had questions he answered them all. At no time during the buying process did we feel pressured which was a big deal for us. Once Seth helped us decided on our new car (we went with the Outback) the process went very smoothly. We met Christine who gave us a thorough overview of the vehicle. Kim in finance then helped us get our loan squared away. Kim was friendly, efficient and helpful. Christine then took us to our new car and gave us a lesson in how to use the electronics etc. This was extremely helpful! They also offered us a new car owner orientation program to attend which is a wonderful idea. We highly recommend this dealership due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you're looking for a stress free and enjoyable buying experience then this is the dealership to go! Ask for Seth he's great!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Subaru Outback at the Subaru Superstore working with Carlos Otero. After multiple visits and failed negotiations with our local Tucson Subaru, I decided to see what the Subaru Superstore in Chandler could offer. With just one call, Carlos was able to get me an excellent price on the exact vehicle I wanted. Carlos was kind enough to answer all of my additional questions by text and phone that evening, so that I could make sure everything about the vehicle was exactly what I was expecting. I drove up to Chandler the next morning and could not be more satisfied with the quality of service I received from Carlos and everyone else on the team! I had the pleasure of buying a used Chevrolet Impala from Bouvier Brandon in December of 2015. Having been burned buying a used car before I was skeptical at first, but Bouvier was a class act. I enjoyed both working with and chatting with Bouvier. My situation was more complicated than I anticipated as I had an outstanding loan on a totaled car, and despite the fact that I had discussed it with my bank 2 weeks in advance they still dropped the ball, but Bouvier and the finance folks held my hand the whole way through even though I am sure I was one of their smaller customers. The sticker price on the car was reasonable, and I was able to negotiate a further discount of about 5% without a lot of hassle. I am especially impressed that their fees are far less than some of the other places I've looked. I've only had the car a couple days but it appears to be in perfect working order. If these folks have the car you are looking for I would really encourage you to give them a shot. If your experience is similar to mine you will leave very happy.
