Charlie Webb is an awesome salesman!
I've purchased numerous vehicles over the years, but I have to say that this dealership has made this the best experience yet. Charlie Webb was my salesman, and he was just a dream. He was extremely well-informed about the vehicles I was researching and testing. He took me step by step through the process, and for many test drives. He was available for questions and eager to please. His positive attitude and gentle demeanor coupled with his infinite knowledge base made this a pain and stress free process. Charlie didn't push me to buy, only informed me of what I was buying and I appreciate not being given a hard sell. I like to take my time and really research vehicles before I buy them. Charlie was like Google with the information. I love this Subaru dealership as they are very professional and genuinely nice to people. I look for perks as well after buying a vehicle. This dealership offers it with the valet service or rentals for free when the car gets serviced. The place was clean, well run, and they even had a healthy snack for me. I am also quite pleased to know that this is a privately owned dealership. I was very happy to have owned my previous Subaru for almost 13 years and to again invest in another one, this time something even more feature-packed, and from a great dealership. Thanks you, Charlie Webb and Subaru Superstore for a wonderful experience. Subaru needs to give Charlie a raise or bonus. He deserves it.

Great first car experience
The Subaru Superstore had a huge variety of cars! I found exactly what I was looking for within a few minutes with the help of Ron Lundberg. My experience was amazing, We felt like we were the first priority, the entire dealership had a friendly atmosphere, and we got a fair price on my first car. I definitely recommend the Subaru Superstore if you are looking for great service.

Friendly and knowledgeable
Mike Wray was such an awesome rep! He's respectful and patient. He also gave a lot of pointers for my new WRX. Pierce was also very patient and worked diligently to get me approved even with negative equity. I would definitely recommend him and your dealership to my friends and family! Recent used car buying experience
We looked at a lot of used cars, and like last time we purchased one, we ended up back at Subaru who seems to do a better job than most at: Fairly pricing their used cars Completing all necessary repairs prior to selling Doing a thorough cleaning of the used vehicles In the event we are in the market for a used car again, we will definitely visit the Subaru Superstore.

Test Driving and Buying Subaru Forester or Outback
My wife and I were going to buy a new Subaru but couldn't decide which, Forester or Outback. After Dan Falls took us out for a test drive of each we chose the Outback. Dan was very informative and the dealership was very clean and organized. They have refreshments available for free. They offered their best price right up front with no haggling but we had done our homework and a set price in mind that was a little lower. They asked what price I wanted and I told them if they gave me my price I would buy. We ended up buying our new Outback and couldn't be happier. My wife has bought many new cars and commented that this was the least stressful car buying experience she ever had.

Down-to-earth People!
If you're looking to buy a new car, 1) buy a Subaru, and 2) buy it from Subaru Superstore in Chandler! Our salesperson, Ryan Appleberry was a down-to-earth, real, and friendly person. Our buying experience was in a no-pressure environment. He answered all our questions and we actually had a nice conversation with him about non-car things. All of the staff that we interacted with were great. Once you decided to buy a car with them, they even have a dedicated person, Justin Butcher, to explain all the ins and outs of the car and get you setup with the car itself. The finance person, Kim Neal, was also a pleasure to interact with. They use the latest technology in signing financial docs, nearly all electronic on this fancy Docu Pad. She was very helpful and no-pressure as well. The buying process overall was great. Although it was long-ish (approx 2 hours) (it'll be long no matter where you go), they at least had food and drink available! They said that their Service and Parts department is #1 in the country for Subaru, so I look forward to visiting them in the future to get our regular car check-ups/oil changes!

Got my WRX!
Over the years I have purchased several new vehicles and never have I walked away content, that is until I came to the Subaru Superstore in Chandler, AZ. They had the WRX I wanted, added the extras I wanted, and gave me a price that I am confident was fair. The salesmen (Charlie Webb and Jack Callaghan) and the finance department (Karen Cain) made this by far my best car buying experience. The attention to detail, the warm staff, and the patience shown to me is head and shoulders above the rest. I would recommend that anyone who is in the market for a Subaru make Subaru Superstore one of your stops, if not your only stop!

Amazingly simple and fun experience
We were just looking at a Subaru before going to Toyota the next day to buy a SUV. We told the salesman we are just looking a to give space. This was 6 ish. He was good and just answered our questions no push what so ever he did ask if we wanted to test drive, we said no and after idle conversation left. In the same auto plex was a Toyota so we drove over there to look at our other choice Rav4, no way I couldn't even get in it without crawling in. The Forester was so roomy, I am 6'1 no problem. So we went back to Subaru and test drove one it is 8 now. Said we liked it and left see you in the am. No bidding I asked for lowest price, got what I thought was good number (about 10 minutes later). We drew up the paperwork. Now at 6k miles we still love it and still happy with the deal! When want another one I would here and if possible same sales person.

Fun Time buying Forester
When we decided to start looking at a Subaru Forester to replace our 10 year old Toyota Avalon, we started looking at all of the Subaru dealerships in the Phoenix/Flagstaff/Prescott areas and come upon this site. After looking at the numerous positive reviews about the Subaru Superstore, we decided to drive the 2 hour trip to check them out. We connected with Charlie Webb who started answering questions about the Forester and before going further he asked if we were already working with any other sales associate which we appreciated. Charlie was very informative about the vehicle and took us out for a test drive that helped convince us to buy the Forester. We were unsure about the turbo option, but after driving the Forester without the Turbo, we decided we didn't need the turbo option. The car handled extremely well and had lots of power. Charlie was very low key and we kept teasing him that he was just too high pressure for us!! HA - After dealing with him and then Kim Neal in Finance we left as Forester owners. Charlie, Kim, and Christine took their time in answering all of our questions and tried to educate us on all of the functions, but so much to absorb so we'll be contacting them as we need to know something. We had to return to get the clear bra installed, and the service was great. Will definitely recommend this dealership!
