My experience at Chandler Subaru Superstore was outstanding. I first received a quote through a painless and informative email exchange with Scott Jenkins. Upon arriving at the dealership, the Forester that my husband and I intended to purchase was ready for a test drive. Upon spotting an Outback that caught my husband's eye, Scott took my husband on a test drive and gave us a great on the spot quote that was extremely competitive based on other dealers' pricing. Additionally, both the quote I had received through email and the one we received for the Outback on the spot were out the door prices that included EVERYTHING. There were no surprises and no pressure to add anything additional. Scott was patient and informative as we decided on a lease term and thoroughly answered all of our questions. The financing and paperwork were a breeze with Pierre where we again were not pressured to add on anything we weren't comfortable with. Our interaction with the sales department at this dealership was the best that I have experienced at a dealership and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend or to come back for a future purchase. After having a bad experience with a different dealership we were a little defensive as we approached Supersore of Chandler. We were greeted by a gentleman named Mike, who took us around the lot in search of the perfect vehicle. When we went inside to talk about what we wanted or needed Mike discovered that my husband through USAA had already been in internet contact with Joey LaBranche ,he very graciously handed us over to him. Mike had already cleared up many things for us that we had been lead to believe from another dealer. He was very knowledgeable. Joey then continued working with us and found the perfect car. Joey was professional, friendly and very helpful in guiding us through the process of purchasing the car and even more so when he explained all the nuances of the various systems -syncing my phone etc. I understand Joey has only been with you for a short time but I believe he will continue to represent the dealership in a very positive way. We would definitely recommend your dealership to others.

I worked primarily with Dean Montoya, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who is considering this dealership. Dean was very personable and polite, and willing to answer any questions I had. Moreover, he seemed to have some genuine knowledge of the brand and the specific model I was looking at. When I had a question that he wasn't sure about, he was honest about it and didn't try to make up an answer. His service after the sale was also admirable, which is probably the most important part to me. He followed up with me, and assisted with the one issue I had, finding out what the issue was and helping to get it resolved quickly. Dean gets a strong recommendation from me. I also did work with Richard, who owns the dealership, after my initial experience during the sales negotiation left me with a bad taste (this was not the fault of Dean in any way, but was due to another employee who was involved). Richard responded to my concerns immediately (I received a reply to my email in about 30 minutes, in fact), and was able to handle the situation in a way that left me feeling satisfied and ready to move forward with the transaction. My overall experience with the dealership, and in particular Dean and Richard, was a positive one, and I would happily recommend them.

Everyone at this dealership was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. The best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to Joey Labranche. Joey is a walking Subaru encyclopedia and made the car shopping fun! I test drove several cars, narrowed it down to two, changed my mind more times than I can remember and Joey was patient and smiling through the whole process. The afternoon/evening flew by so quickly with Joey teaching me so much about Subarus and answering every question I could think of.
