Joey LaBranche was our sales associate at the Subaru...

Joey LaBranche was our sales associate at the Subaru Superstore and he was outstanding. Joey was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and there was no pressure to buy. This was one of our best car buying experiences in the past 40 years. I recommend Joey to all prospective vehicle purchasers without reservation. I also recommend the Subaru Outback, it is an outstanding vehicle with one of the best safety ratings. If you want a great vehicle and a great sales representative go to the Subaru Superstore and ask for Joey!!!!

This is the place where you want to purchase your Subaru....

This is the place where you want to purchase your Subaru. Forester #3 was in for warranty service and I'm put into a free loner car that I decided would be Forester #4 for me. In the blink of an eye I was given an excellent trade-in offer and expeditiously placed into a cloner (clone of the loaner). Thank you all for making customer wishes come true.

My wife and I about a new Subaru Limited yesterday, 2/28/14 at Subaru Superstore in Chandler, Az. Our sales representative, Joey LaBranche was very knowledgeable and was very professional. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He listened to our concerrns and we feel that he had our best interest at heart. When we left we felt very good about our experience with Joey and Subaru Superstore.

Our salesman (Ryan) was very personable and knowledgeable...

Our salesman (Ryan) was very personable and knowledgeable about the products and listened to us when we expressed our interests and concerns regarding our needs. He was not aggressive (pushy) on us to make a decision but gave us plenty of time to consider our decision. He also offered some excellent advice during the process. The financial part of the transaction was handled swiftly and professionally with all of our options clearly outlined. Clearly one of the best auto purchase experiences I have had and I have had a few at age 74. I also think it helped a great deal to have an excellent product

Dean was great! He never pressured me or gave me the fake sales speech that you would get anywhere else. I'm really happy with my purchase and will continue shopping with Subaru in the future.

The experience was great. No pressure, honest and...

The experience was great. No pressure, honest and straightforward. Each step was explained and the test drive of the vehicle prompted questions easily answered by Joey. This is my fourth Subaru and the experience was no less than I expected, it was actually better than expected.

Personnel were very attentive to what I wanted. The dealership was willing to negotiate on price with the owner getting involved. The fact that the dealership is not a national dealership was also a factor.

The Subaru Superstore experience was, by far, the best...

The Subaru Superstore experience was, by far, the best dealership experiences we've had. The facility is beautiful (and ecofriendly!), the lot full to the brim with choices in all classes of vehicles, and the staff friendly, accomodating, and efficient. We love the car and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!
