It was an overall good experience this weekend buying my first Subaru. Salesman Imad Sinno was super helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. He was very easy to work with - that is a lot to say considering how stressful purchasing a car can be. He did not make me feel pressured whatsoever. Rodney in finance was excellent to work with as well. He was very thorough in explaining the numerous documents we reviewed / signed and also in laying out all the options. I met with Darren after going through finance. He demonstrated all the options in my new car. Darren really knows his stuff and was very accommodating with all the questions I had. He really went the extra mile. Everyone in the dealership seemed very friendly. I was approached and thanked by the sales manager before my departure. I received a phone call that same afternoon just checking if everything went well.

I visited Charlie to drive a new Forester Wilderness edition as 3 had arrived that day. When I arrived the dealership was incredibly busy and Charlie was with clients. Even though he was busy he still made time to greet me and let me know they still had one in stock. He went above and beyond to get the vehicle from the back, fill it with gas, and explain every feature to me.
