It's rare to say that buying a car was a pleasure, but in this case it was (with the exception of writing the check) pretty painless. No pressure from sales or finance. I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Even though I live in the west valley, the car I wanted was in Chandler. I went there for the test drive and purchase. When I had to deliver the final payment check, they let me drop it off in Surprise instead of having to drive a 2 hour round trip to do so. I really appreciated their flexibility.

I had a very positive experience with both Sean and with the dealership. Sean was knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in, but above all he was not overly pushy about my deciding between whether to lease or purchase. He was courteous and efficient and very responsive to my needs. He answered every question that I had and gave me valuable input when I asked for specifics. The sales manager, John, was also extremely helpful.
