He is very knowledgeable regarding automobile technologies and was able to describe differences between the Subaru model I was considering and the offerings of other car companies. He did so in a plain-speaking, common-sense manner. I had not intended on trading in my vehicle, but after my discussion with Zander, it made sense to do so.
