Zander was a pleasure to work with.

Zander was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable regarding automobile technologies and was able to describe differences between the Subaru model I was considering and the offerings of other car companies. He did so in a plain-speaking, common-sense manner. I had not intended on trading in my vehicle, but after my discussion with Zander, it made sense to do so. His knowledge, honesty, friendly demeanor and professionalism are very much appreciated!

No pressure sales team, super comfortable environment.

No pressure sales team, super comfortable environment. They were so laid back when we went in, took the time to answer all our 1 million questions, never tried to upsell us on anything. Great experience.

We appreciated the detailed quote that David provided and he did a great job of explaining everything to us. Made this car buying the least stressful I have experienced recently. Darin was very helpful in explaining all the features and setting up the Subaru app.

I had a great experience buying a new Subaru Crosstrek. Eddie was very patient with me and answered all my questions. This ranks as one of my best dealership experiences. No pressure to buy anything I didn't want. Will definitely consider Subaru Superstore of Chandler for my next auto purchase

All of the staff was attentive to us and ensured we were

All of the staff was attentive to us and ensured we were comfortable. Always offered drinks or snacks while we waited. Sales people were respectful and didn’t pressure us at any point which was greatly appreciated. Relaxed environment overall. Darby was a huge help and made the car buying experience chill and easy without pressing too hard to make a sale. He was honest and fair about giving opinions on certain upgrades and performance of different trims. Allowed me to make the best decision when buying a car.

They care about the customer and their needs much more than a typical dealership. They work extremely hard to make sure you get a great car and a great deal - both tailored to your needs. I worked with Thomas Darby who was excellent in every way. I was extremely impressed by his dedication, professionalism, responsiveness, and problem solving skills. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience and a deal that fit my needs.
