What a great experience. Bought my daughters first car from Autoleader. Davi and staff were professional and efficient. Perfect shape as promised. Had the car in Indiana 4 days after seeing it Online. Took a chance not viewing in person and they came through with flying colors. Will definitely use Autoleader again. Evansville, IN

While car buying is about the car (which I love) the down to earth staff at Autoleader defied the typical used car dealership cliche. The owner, Andre, went on the test drive with me and was very knowledgeable about the unusually rare car I ended up buying, 2014 Honda Accord plug-in hybrid. Despite this car being limited release (only in 2014 and only in 3 major US cities) Autoleader had 2 of these in their inventory. The only two within a 100 mile radius. To me this suggests Autoleader actively seeks the best used cars because they care to sell quality used vehicles at a reasonable price. We went back for a second test drive and got another genuinely nice human being who was less knowledgeable but willing to dig in the manual to find answers while my husband drove the car. We were sold on the car at that point and happy to give business to this group. We purchased that day. The finance guy worked quickly to shop the rates to get us a good deal and was an honest and effective communicator. My last interaction at Autoleader was icing on the cake. I was picking up the tags when I saw the owner, Andre, who upon seeing me immediately asked what kind of electric range I was getting (which meant he remembered me and the car I bought- I parked out back so they didn?t see me coming). This was about a month later so I found that to be a nice touch. When I told him the passenger side window wasn?t going down reliably from driver side controls he without hesitation turned to the tech and told him to bring the car around and within 20 mins it was fixed. Super chill and efficient car buying experience. Definitely recommend Autoleader to find your gem of a used car.

That dealership is using pictures of similar vehicle made by a different dealership. Very disappointing. Would advise to avoid dealing with them

Auto Leader provided me with such a laid back, no pressure service. I test drive a vehicle and looked seriously at another. The car I test drove had a funny noise when braking and was looked at and addressed immediately when we returned to the dealership. The sales person and sales manager kept in touch with me during my decision making process but again did not pressure me in any way. They were concerned with finding the best car for me, not trying to sell me something they had on their lot that I didn't want.

These guys are the best!!! Very honest and professional. Got a great deal on the car I wanted a 2014 Acura ILX . Smooth process , (Thanks to Jeremy and David) I'm completely satisfied.. I highly recommended this dealership when searching for the perfect vehicle.

I would have NEVER thought to go to a "place like that" (non franchised car lot) I was accustomed to buying from large franchised car lots; nonetheless, I called my mechanic and was sure bring him with me to the lot because I was skeptical. I was pre-approved through my bank and through the bank app (auto navigator-capital one bank) you could speficially search for the make and model of the car you were interested in...Auto Leader had an Acura TL I was interested in. I called, asked them a few general questions, told them what time I was coming, and mentioned the car I wanted to see. As soon as I arrived there, the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone remembered me and had the car ready for me to test drive. My mechanic said the car was in emaculate shape, was under original warranty and I should buy it (it had 18 k original miles). After the test drive, we began to fill out my paperwork and within an hour I walked out with my car. They detailed and put gas in the car (gave me a lil more gas than they should have). I had an awesome experience. Even the finance guy was cool. I never felt so satisfied with a car purchase!

I was in the market for a new car and decided to go for a Mercedes. With a daughter looking to go to college next year I needed to stay in budget. I was introduced to David Engelman from a colleague who has bought many cars from Auto Leader. Well what can I say, David at Auto Leader put me into a beautiful, low miles, excellent condition MB E400 Coupe 4 Matic. I am located on Long Island, NY and traveled down to pick up my beautiful car in MD. Auto Leader took care everything from financing to registration and getting me my NY tags. I must say I have purchased a lot of cars in my life but this has been the most fast friendly and non pressure experience I had ever had as a woman I feel like doing this kind of shopping for a car we can be talked into buying something we never attended to buy I came in with a preapproval letter from the bank with the car I wanted to purchase .I test drive car gave my down payment and when the amount wasn't the same the owner went back and made it right and I did all this in less than 2hours thank you autoleader im loving my purchase

This was one of the easiest experiences I've had purchasing a car. I knew what I wanted, had a test drive and all the paperwork was complete in less than an hour. Fair price, great car, painless transaction, including what I needed to title/tag in another state. Thanks David and Jeremy!
