I've been in the Baltimore area for about 5 years and I've Bought my last 2 cars from this dealership aswell help a few coworkers and friends find cars hear as well ... the customer service is great, they listen to exactly what you as a customer want in your car and go above and beyond to help you find just that .The prices are the best you'll find and they're will to negotiate and finance to met your budget. I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for new or used cars

My experience at this dealership was nothing short of fantastic. The information I received was thorough and honest. My daughter was shopping for her first car, specifically a Prius. She found a number of cars to look at at different dealerships but many of the salespeople were difficult to deal with. Rafael and David were great to do business with. They are frank and put no pressure on us to buy the car. They were available (Rafael come in on his day off to help us) and I would happily buy another car from them. The car we bought is clean and in great shape, a perfect first car for my daughter. Nothing was hidden from me. The manager, David, answered every question I had for him and worked with me to get the right price for both of us. After visiting with many other car dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air to come across Autoleader! The staff was friendly, straightforward, and answered all my questions clearly. I was nervous about purchasing a car from a smaller dealership but they offer a great warranty and the car I purchased was in better condition than most of the others I had already seen. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I will gladly look to them for future purchases!

What a breath of fresh air! Dealing with Jeremy and Dave was a pleasant experience. None of the usual dealer tactics - they were upfront and honest with no high pressure sales! We got a great deal on a great car and the process was simple and fast. Loved the 3 day money back guarantee! Dave told us if there was any reason we didn't love the car we could return it and he would hand us our check back. He really meant it and he wanted us to be happy with our purchase! I found a GMC work truck on the internet at this dealership. The General Manager David Engelman helped me with the purchase. He made the deal very simple and we completed the transaction via the internet and US mail service. David set up delivery of the truck to Knoxville, TN. The truck arrived on time and was exactly as described online. They gave me a great deal on the truck which I could not find here locally. I will definitely contact this dealership when I'm ready to purchase my next work truck.

I am very please with my experience at autoleader. I traveled over 60 miles to the dealership. They were knowledgeable regarding the financing process and we open to negotiations. We dealt with Dave, the manager to purchase our Ford 150 truck. We found him to be honest, true to his word - keeping all his promises. He was always available to take our calls about the truck (even on his day off), before and after the purchase. He made the process of purchasing stress free and let us look for hours at this truck with no pressure at all. He answered every question and took care of every concern we had. If he didn't know an answer, he would say so....unlike other dealers who would just give their best guess as though it was fact. Dave even ordered the manufacturer books for the truck and had them shipped directly to our home. Since we live in PA, that was a major convenience for us. The staff detailed the truck beautifully and did a great job. We found the staff courteous and helpful. The truck was ready when we went to pick it up. When we found a couple of minor things, Dave made sure it was handled on the spot to our satisfaction. The detailing revealed a small dent in the truck that we did not see before we purchased it. Dave put us in contact with someone who came to our home and fixed it for us at AutoLeader's expense. The facility looks tiny, but they do have several lots across the street. The only issue is the parking. You may have to park across the street or in the back. We didn't realize that for the first time we went there. I would definitely buy from Dave again. Their product was outstanding as well as the service and the buying process. I would not hesitate to give a recommendation to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from them. When we are ready for our next vehicle, that definitely where we will go! Thanks to Dave and all his staff! You guys were fantastic.
