Auto Leader

This place was very easy to work with. They do not try to sell you a bunch of add on garbage like these other dealers. No gimmicks, high pressure sales tactics or other general sleaziness. Just a straight up in and out in 30 minute sale. (I was a cash buyer, so there was no finance paperwork) They also will go out of their way to help you get a sale done, including car rides and fixing issues with the vehicle in their shop. Jeremy and David were great, down to Earth people. If you want a straight up no haggle sale, this is the place. If you want to be coddled, hand-held, or otherwise ripped off, go to a franchised dealer.

I've bought many vehicles over the years. Always kind of hated and loved the game. I was very happy with my experience at Autoleader. They carry a surprisingly good sized inventory of clean, low mileage vehicles. My wife and I were treated with courtesy, respect and honesty. We got a nice vehicle at a nice price. Both Jeremy and David are great guys. I would definitely recommend Autoleader to a friend and the next time I am in the market for another vehicle, I will most certainly be back.

We found the sales person, Raphael, and manager, David, to be helpful and easy to deal with. They answered our questions about the used car we were interested in, and quickly resolved a few small issues we expressed concern about. We bought a 2014 Honda Civic Plugin Hybrid from them today and are excited about our "new" car!

I bought a used Infiniti from this dealer. David was incredibly friendly, upfront, fair, and transparent. They also let me take it to my own mechanic so they could have a look at it. I hate stereotypes, but I'm a woman with limited knowledge about cars - this was the best buying experience I've ever had. They didn't try to swindle me or act like what I expect from a car dealer. Big thumbs up. I'd go back for sure.

I am very happy with my car. Jeremy and David were excellent. The three things i wanted done to the car were done before i signed the paper work. I was in pressed. Pleasant people I will definitely be back for my next car. Also there was a small Crack in the windshield that I didn't notice until the next day. I called them on Monday and was assured it would be taken care of . Thank you David.

Found through USAA website, Autoleader had the best deal on car I researched for months. David was very confident in process and sent me car info via text messages and allowed me to emai info back that helped me save more money as a disabled Veteran. Extremely painless, prompt and thorough. Completed test drive and paperwork in about an hour, even though they closed at 5pm on a Sat, they stayed until 6pm to answer all my questions and never rushed us. Provided cool water bottles to my kids and pleasant experience all around. Highly recommend this small family business!

Overall my experience was excellent with autoleader. They were professional, helpful and responsive in leading up to my purchase. The facilites weren't the best, but in the end that doesn't matter so much when making a purchase. They went above and beyond and delivered my car to me over an hour and a half away. I'm most grateful!

After being involved in an auto accident and under pressure to return my rental car only 7 days after my car was totaled I was extremely stressed out. After searching many places for a car, Auto Leader's website was very detailed about their vehicles for sale so you don't have to play a guessing game about the vehicles' history, options, price, etc. Steve was very friendly on our test drive and not pushy. The manager Steve was also very friendly and not pushy like most dealerships and made the process of purchasing a car easy and expedient. I would definitely purchase a car from here again and would recommend to friends and family.
