If I could give no stars I would!

If I could give no stars I would!!! Never in my life have I ever experienced the mad crazy of no one now what they are doing... when you have challenging credit they want to put you into something you can't afford after telling them time and time again what you have down and what you can afford... bought a 2016 gmc terrain had it a total of 6 days check engine light comes on... took it back to the dealer they kept it 20 days and said it was a timing chain problem fixed it... and went to pick it up and as soon as I started it...check engine light came back on... they kept it another week and I went to pick it up after they Said it was fixed... started it again...check engine light came back on... wanted my down payment back and was told no its gone we put you in a car... so I looked for another car to trade into... got a 2017 Nissan murano and they wanted to jack the payments up again... this has been one of the worst experiences ever... now after we get that stuff straight now I'm getting a letter from the dmv stating license will be Suspended due to not having insurance on the gmc since some how they have a tag I never received for the gmc... im so done with this crap... buyers beware if you don't have perfect credit don't deal with these people...

Car that loses power while driving

I bought a car for them within 3 months I was having issues with the car it would lose power when driving it would go completely dead the a couple minutes later it would gain power and start back up so I took it in for service had the car for 6 days say the find a gps device not properly wired to the ignition switch. So they said that was the problem paid them $375. Gy my car back the next day going to work at 3 am the car does the same thing in the middle of traffic and then again that afternoon so I changed the Battery and Alternator to see if that?s the problem if it does it again I?m taking it back to the dealership

Finally got out and got thwm off the cell phones to know i was waiting! Then 1 hr 20min for service. Teuck runs like crap now!!!! Stay away! Poor service after salle too! 5 wks to deliver a used truck!!!

So initially we got truck fished.

So initially we got truck fished. We called to make an appointment to see a specific truck (we live about 2 hours away). When we got there, the truck was on the side of the building with the whole middle console missing, rust every where, flat tire, and that was when we were notified it wasn’t available. So they pulled us in with a great truck and value (so we thought) only to be told “we can get you in another truck” so obviously the other trucks they could get us in were a bit more expensive, but we were there so we took the bait. Unfortunately three weeks after purchasing the truck we were paying a deductible because the computer went out. Three weeks after it was fixed, back in the shop… this time we had to replace the ecm …. And then the next day the water pump went out! On top of the computer model (that was replace) kept glitching and turning our truck off and on sporadically. We took it to the closest Chevy dealer, they said they have to call gm motors and get them involved. Finally I’m over the BROKE truck they sold us so I call. I was told by Steve, the general manager, to get it from out Chevy dealership in town and bring it back, they would help fix the problem. Yeah, they definitely didn’t help at all… they tried to push us (saying keep an open mind or seeing if we would pay more monthly for a NEW truck). So, I didn’t let them steal more money from me buy getting into a new truck, or a vehicle we didn’t want. I told them to fix the truck, and if we left there with this unresolved legal action would be our resort. Well here we are driving home in our truck. They said they would come pick it up, and get it fixed later because they didn’t have a loaner car. The BEST part is there was another guy there with the same problem. I would never recommend anyone get a vehicle from them. Especially used because obviously they have a problem with the vehicle they purchase. So Vaden, stop trying to milk people of money and fix the crappy vehicles you sold us.
