Super service at Vaden

My appointment was easily made and my oil change and tire rotation was right on time and efficiently done. Everyone at Vaden is always friendly and helpful.

Don't use their internet sales department you can be in

Don't use their internet sales department you can be in the middle of financing hard inquiry ran and everything. Some one walks in the door and they sell it from under you and fail to notify you until the next day far past an acceptable time.

Felecia the sales rep was great.

Felecia the sales rep was great. She was very diligent. We liked the car, Buick LeCross, and mentioned to her that we wanted to buy. She went to speak with her manager and came back and said they already sold it. However , We took the car for a test drive and they had my name on a card on the cars visor that it was to held for our visit. We thought we were mis treated by her manager who I think was Mr Viola. We were lied to. I called and left messages and we never got a return call. no explanation. Anyways we would never do business with this dealership again. Felecia was very good and she deserves praise.

Vaden of Beaufort has the best employees!

I wanted you to know the great experience dealing with your staff, Jena Abdullah. She was very personable and helpful finding a used vehicle. The trade-in cars seemed to fly off the lot fasting! She diligently refused to give up finding the perfect vehicle for me. I'm so happy with the car purchased. I couldn't have asked for a more professional employee helping me. Avoid the stress and headaches buying here

Bought a truck from them recently. Price dropped online before paying for it and they would not match it. Steve was rude with a bad attitude of take it or leave it. Felicia was too new to deal with sale and had to go keep asking questions. Still not finished with them and worried this will get worse. Don't like policy to the vehicle before it is ready. Would never shop here again

Car repair

Summer Lee was very helpful and on top of things. The cost of the repair seemed a bit much, but everything else was excellent!

Bait and Switch

Dealt with dishonestly. Made an appointment to see a car they said was in stock. Had no record of appointment and car was conviently sold day prior after we were told it was available.

Buyer

I was quoted a price over the phone. At list price. And I agreed and told to hold. So I drive 3hours . I arrive and then I’m told there is a 6895$ Over sticker price. When I was quoted sticker price on the phone. A tactic to get me to waste a three hour drive. Shadiest bunch of people I’ve ever met sales manager was rude and ugly said no one ask him about a price before we drove 3hours so that tells me the salespeople lie also. Would not recommend this dealership period I can’t stand a bunch of liars or shady deals they have the car online for 71550. It’s plainly says internet price They should be reported for false advertising Never would recommend them to anyone. So if u plan to go there u better be careful. They liars and crooks

Buyer beware

BUYERS BEWARE After buying my truck from Vaden Chevy they encouraged leaving a review so naturally I did. Everything seemed as it should be. Fast forward 4 weeks and 2900 miles and my truck had an internal engine damage. After waiting 10 days without a vehicle, unanswered from Vaden and getting no where I had to work with a local shop to get the $1300 repair done. Vaden of Beaufort continues to leave me unanswered and shorted out of a warranty repair coverage living 1000 miles away I am absolutely screwed.
