I took my wife and kids to look at cars a few weeks ago, as it was time to retire my wife's car. The selection at ALM was great, and allowed my wife to comparison shop. Our salesman Garrett was fantastic - easy going, informative and nice. There was no pressure, no hard sell - which was great since it was a million degrees outside and the kids were not loving it! Fast forward a few weeks, and a very promising car appeared online. I went to see it, test drove it and was able to get a great deal for the car and a very fair deal on my trade. The whole process was quick (for car buying), relaxed and efficient. I can't speak more highly about ALM or Garrett - thanks for a great experience!

After an excruciating car buying experience four years ago with another dealership, I almost dreaded doing it again this past weekend. I spent several weeks researching the make and model I wanted, and one week on the exact vehicle on ALM Roswell's lot. Larry could sense that I wasn't a shopper, but rather an informed buyer. He respected that I knew what I wanted and didn't try to push or sell me at all. His demeanor immediately put me at ease as I became familiar with the BMW X5 that I'd soon drive off the lot. The entire process only took a few hours, I got a fair value for the beloved vehicle that I left with ALM for trade, and the finance folks helped me secure a great rate on my new financing. I can't wait for someone to ask me where I bought my car so I can happily send them to ALM Roswell.

After working with our salesman on the purchase of two cars, we finalized on one and drove to the GA Mall store to checkout the second. While we were driving two hours, our salesmen's manager, Faisal who claims to be an owner, took a phone order and sold the first car we were buying despite our mutual commitment and $1000 nonrefundable deposit. Our sales rep sold us on the first car, found us a second car, advised his manager he was working the deal. Secured a deposit for the sale. But Faisal decided his one deal was better than his salesman's deal for two cars. When we confronted Faisal, he did the worse thing a sales manager could do. Deflected his bad behavior blaming and embarrassing his rep in front of all of us. He did not apologize but instead included us in his blame. Employees at their other store advised Faisal is not an owner. Until we talk to a real owner we don't know. If you are a dealer looking for a good rep -- you want JJ Birr. He is honest and very knowledgeable. I would buy from him without doubt but never while he is at Atlanta Luxury Motors. Faisal's commissions belong to the rep who actually worked to sell the car. A sale that should have been two cars.

After reading reviews about ALM I was a little hesitant to view the car of my dreams. I called JJ on Tuesday and asked many questions but they didn't have the car I was interested in, but he said he might have another car at another lot and he would call and check, he called back rather quickly with all the answers I needed. So I traveled over 2 hours and purchased my car after taking the test drive the next day. JJ was very knowledgeable about the car and the whole purchasing experience. I've called back many times with questions and he has been very patient with me. I would recommend buying a car from JJ and ALM.

I spent lots of time researching the internet for the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. All paths kept leading me back to ALM Roswell. They have the highest quality of pre-owned luxury cars in the metro area and the staff is even better. Jose Martinez was great to work with through the entire process and we finally found the Range Rover I was looking for.
