I purchased my ML350 at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Union City, Ga. CJ was very helpful from start to finish and all of the associates exhibited excellent customer service. I was in an out of the door in just about 2hrs. Best car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Jose was outstanding!

Very good experience with both salesman and F&I person....both very professional and helpful! We bought a 2012 C Class Mercedes for my son that is about to attend Emory Law...will definitely buy from this dealership again.....

Looking for a luxury car...this is the place!

Everyone that worked at ALM of Roswell was very courteous. (Don) my salesman was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the product and willingness to make me a satisfied customer was far above what I expected in buying a car. All of the cars on the lot were in excellent condition, many looked brand new! The catch phrase..."shop the others then shop here last" holds true for ALM of Roswell!!

Excellent Experience

JJ Birr was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job of helping us look at all of the vehicles in our price range. He was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist us on all aspects of the sales. Ask for JJ.....he is outstanding!!!

Great Service with Don

Don was friendly and professional. He did pressure us or make us feel rushed. He was patient with us as both I and my fiancé test drove the Lexus GX460 that we ultimately ended up purchasing. They sell luxury vehicles so it's easy to say they have great vehicles, but Don was easily the best salesman I met all day after going to 4 other dealerships.

Great Price, Quick Process, No BS

I have been searching for a G37 in good condition for quite some time now. I am a thinker and tend to take a long time to make big decisions...especially a decision like buying a car. I decided to visit ALM Roswell after seeing their inventory online. I figured the low prices advertised online were typical loss leader vehicles shown to attract the masses. I pulled into the parking lot and by the time I shut my car off and opened my door, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I explained what I was looking for and Rand was very attentive. Within 20 minutes we had the perfect vehicle picked out and the test drive had begun. 2 hours later, with the help of Ken (Finance Man.), I was given a fair (not top dollar) quote for my trade in and the agreement was signed. If you are looking for a no hassle, speedy car purchase, without getting put through the "used-car-sales-ringer", I highly suggest speaking with Rand at Atlanta Luxury Motors of Roswell.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....

Went to test drive a BMW X5 White, very nice car. The car road good and the inside of it was excellent. Pretty much everything i was looking for. Salesperson i was approached by was Rand Hopper. He seemed to know the business. After test driving the vehicle we went inside to run some numbers because i had a trade-in and wanted to know what i was getting myself into, being i have a set price i did not want to go over my budget. We sit down with Rand and he ran some numbers up for me and i was getting the ideal of what kind of money i would be spending. Great!!!! Then i tell him that i have already been pre-approved for a loan, i have cash in hand and not trying to run my credit. I just needed number. Well rand takes my information and goes to speak with Dave.They asked all the questions like, whats my APR i told them and here is were they are going to try to save me money by getting me a even lower intrest rate...REALLY. What a joke. Before giving out my information so they could look at my credit, i was very clear for them not to run my credit. I said this several times. Dave even assured me this is not what they do, He would inform me first before moving forward,even told a story about how other dealerships down the street do that so you are stuck buying from them. So i guess he warned me first without me knowing. So we proceed further i did not think it would hurt for them to look at my credit and nothing else because i made it clear. Well for them to just be giving me numbers it was taking a long time for someone to come talk with me. Dave,Rand, and Ken are all having a conversation about saving me money when really they were running my credit. People let me tell you they were in that office coming up with a scam. I would have thought before Ken ran my credit he would Ok it with me first being that i said this is not what i wanted.. After sitting for what seem like forever Ken came out and asked us to his office to show us numbers only to find out they ran my credit without my Knowledge. At this point i am pissed and the conversation goes south. My concern was why did they run my credit.Ken gave me this Sorry answer that Dave told me it was ok to do so. I was heated and Ken saying SORRY do not excuse the fact that they running scams on innocent people. I told them they was wrong for doing business like that because i was clear about my intention and they lost good business by trying to what they just told me the dealership down the street do. I would not recommend going to this dealership for no reason at all they will rip you off in the long run. I will also be reporting them to BBB. Next time they should listen to the customer and do as asked if they want my business.

Larrry Jamison

I recently purchased a 2011 Infiniti M37 and I gotta say my overall experience was very pleasant. I did visit other ALM dealerships in the metro area and they were'nt as friendly. They were'nt bad but they really pressured you to purchase a car, I hate that [advice to salesmen - that pushes customers away - dont be thirsty]. Thanks to Larry and staff my family and I were very comfortable during our visit, and it didnt take all day to close the deal. He was not pushy and he took the time to find a car that I was happy with. Larry was very helpful, freindly (as were all the staff) and patient throughout the process and he satisfied all comittments promised. Thanks Larry! I will definitely purchase from them the next time and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a nice car at a good price - ask for Larry.

WORK WITH LARRY!

When I met Larry at Atlanta Luxury Motors of Roswell I was in a very unique situation. I had to sell 3 cars and purchase a new one. I had a Chevrolet Tahoe, a Mercedes Benz S63 and a Mercedes GL 450. We sat down in the lounge and chatted about the situation with me knowing this wasn't going to be easy. Larry became an advisor to me immediately. After he researched vehicle values he called me with a plan. The best thing for me to do with the S63 was to maximize it's value by selling it to a private individual because of the uniqueness of the vehicle. For the Tahoe, Carmax was the best route to go. And since I had bought the GL 450 from Atlanta Luxury Motors originally they were happy to take it in on trade and gave me a very fair trade value. The car I bought was an Infiniti M37 and I love it. I cannot say how lucky I was to have Larry as my salesperson, a man I would now call a friend. I would highly recommend Larry and Atlanta Luxury Motors Roswell to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and with my boys nearing driving ages I will no doubt be buying from Larry again!
