I purchased a Mercedes Benz E350 from ALM and salesman Don Zook. I was very pleased with Don's friendly, no pressure approach as well as the excellent selection of luxury vehicles to choose from. I highly recommend ALM.

Garrett was very professional and friendly. He communicated clearly and quickly with answers to my questions. I was very impressed with the condition of the car and the pricing was fair. The service team took care of the extras that I requested and went the extra mile to ensure that the car was delivered as promised and had been thoroughly inspected. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Ask for Garrett.

Okay so it's a used car dealership right? So conventional wisdom says to not have high expectations. Well...i beg to differ. Faisal, David and JJ were awesome. i bought a 2010 BMW 750 Lxi...beautiful car. makes me wonder why i havent been driving these things all my life. Now for the bad...after about 2 weeks the car began to show the dreaded "engine malfunction" error message. i took it in and they cleared all the codes. after a few days it does it again. Took it back, they cleared the codes and told me that if it does it again to bring it back and they'd check it out further. Well it did it again but this time i had it towed back because i didnt want to drive it and risk any further damage. Turns out that all of the injectors needed replacing because replacing one or two doesnt fix it...you gotta replace all of them. But i gotta take part of the blame...i put mid grade gas in it. What a dumba_ _! not sure if that's what precipitated the trouble but it probably was a factor. The car is a twin turbo 8 cyl. i told the owner that i did that and he still fixed the car...at his own expense. Faisal who is one of the owners and David the GM told me to not worry about it and they would take care of it. so they kept the car and it took 6 weeks to take care of it. But during the 6 weeks they gave me a loaner (a Benz) to drive. Thanks! They also replaced fuel lines, coil packs and a couple other minor things to get it running properly. The car now runs like a sewing machine and i'm good to go. Moral of the story...S_ _t happens. i'm a business owner myself and i know all too well that sometimes things go wrong. But what a good reputable business owner does is make it right. That's what Faisal and his team did...they made it right. So much so that a month later i bought another BMW from them for my wife. An X5. i got great deals on both cars. Thanks Faisal, David and JJ!

Just had a 5 star experience at ALM Roswell working with Mike Freeman and the owner at ALM. We bought a 2010 G37 Convertible. The price was great, and Mike was pleasant, knowledgeable and great to work with – we went through the Carfax, etc., and did a test drive. It was a rainy day, and after taking the car for a test ride I was “all in” and signing away. Unfortunately, after they cleaned, washed and dried the car, we noticed some deep scratches on the roof that I had not noticed in the rain. While some dealers might try and “ play it down” – that was not the case with Mike and ALM! Mike spoke to the Faisal and told my wife and I they’d fix the issue pronto – no questions asked! Got the car back, and the paint looks great, and I love the car. I will definitely buy from ALM again! Jim, Cumming GA

My name is Kwame, in september of 2013, I purchased a 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Atlanta Luxury Motors. A friend bought a vehicle from ALM and referred them to me(also having problems). Upon visiting ALM' web-site I found a something that was close to what i was looking for. I called to make inquires on the vehicle, and advised my salesman I was coming out of state (big mistake). My saleman told me they had just received the car from the auction and are servicing it for sale, so I will not be able to see the car if I came down that day(getting painted). I asked for pictures and received it four days later. About a week later, I made the four hour trip to atlanta and test drove the car. Just like a caddy, it was a nice ride. My main concern now was making sure it was not a flood vehicle or a wracked car. I also wanted the 4by4 version. After asking questions about my concerns, i came to find out that the vehicle was not a 4by4, thus contrary to what was on their web-site. My saleman was able to convince me that the 4by4 version was a headache when it comes to service and repair. We agreed on a price paid a down payment to hold the car, and financed the vehicle through my bank. ALM received their chk the next day. upon arriving home. I took the car to a cadillac dealership for service and to my surprise, I was informed the car i just bought was a wracked vehicle. they showed me all the places that has been painted. I just could not believe it. ALM made me sign a paper that even said ALM do not sell wracked vehicle garanteed. I called ALM back the next day and my calls went to voice mail. it been six months now since i purchased my caddy ($44K+) and all my calls has falling on depth ears. i got a text message from my salesmas saying " I feel bad about it, but I would rather have the car with good paint than have it with scratches and thats probable what happened." i still have the text message saved on my phone. The car drive well and have not gotten any problems with it, but the fact that this blemish was not disclosed to me is wrong. its againt all ethical human laws. ALM repainted parts of the car, because when i went to my caddy dealership they showed me a fresh cover paper still taped around the exhaust manifold. they showed me horrible word done replacing the rear 1/4 driverside privacy glass, front bumper, passenger side doors etc,. I have to pay to replace the 1/4 glass because it was leaking. I hope no one will have to go through the pain i am dealing with. My advise, until they learn to tell the truth and disclose issues like mine stay very far away. I am highly upset, but i heed to my wife' advise and pray for them.

Once the car has been bought I received very little assistance from the managers. The car was defective and the service done to repair it made it even worse. I had to pay $1500 to get it fixed somewhere else and when I spoke with the managers there about it they said it was just normal car maintenance and that it was essentially my problem. I didn't expect them to pay for it but having a little responsibility and class would have been nice. They were arrogant and rude and the whole place is very shady. I would never recommend anyone buy a car there. Once you write the check you're dirt to them.

Let me just start off by saying....WOW!!! Don is top notch, professional, knowledgable and doesn't have the "pushy car sales man attitude" He was super nice and took a lot of time showing my fiancé and I several different cars. I would highly recommend Don and this dealership. The selection of cars was impressive, as well as the prompt service. We priced out the same car at BMW and it was 9K more!!!

Overall Mike Freeman was very honest and made the buying experience enjoyable. My only complaint is there was an oil burning odor in the vehicle and I brought the vehicle back to look at or fixed. They claimed it was something else and fixed that, but my check engine light came on a few days later. I called Mike and he said he had to check with his manager and would call me back. It has been two weeks and I'm still waiting on my phone call. Meanwhile, I am taking my vehicle to a professional to see what is really wrong. I don't want to say I got took, because I paid for this vehicle in cash.

Rand was great! He was friendly and helpful. We had some hurdles along the way and he overcame them without issue. He was patient and really worked to get us the best deal. The tire light was on on the car and he got his service department to take care of that immediately. His is very good at his job!

I purchased a car from Atlanta Luxury Motors after doing my research. I don't have the best credit in the world after a divorce but my tastes for a sweet ride have not dampened any as I am now a single 51 year old man and back on the dating seen. (I cannot take out hot woman in an '02 Accord right?) After listening to all the radio commercials touting the ability to get people riding with 510 beacon scores I headed for the dealership that spent the most on luring in innocent victims. Big mistake as all they did was run my credit and imposed a dozen or so inquiries on my report without any residual benefit to me (they turned me down flat without so much as an apology) I then went to ALM and hooked up with the ace sales professional J.J. I know cars as well as anyone as I am an enthusiast as well as a car dealer myself so I told him to cut the crap and lets get down to business. He did just that and talked a really good game but unlike the competition he actually backed it up! He knows cars maybe even more so than I do for a young dude fresh out of diapers but his skills and knowledge are unparalleled in the industry (except by my abilities maybe?) The General Manager Dave also talked a good game but wasted no time in telling me like it is (which I appreciated) 45 minutes later I was the proud owner of a sweet 2010 Infiniti G37 sport bought at a great interest rate and an even better price! (No one else came close) I have been by there a few times after the sale for a few odds and ends and they recognize me and acknowledge me by name (a rare quality indeed) As a used car dealer myself I found it refreshing that these guys actually care about the customer after the sale when the true worth of a man becomes evident. These guys are xxxx good in every respect and J.J. is as good a guy as anyone I have ever met. Why can't I find a sales person like him? Now pick up the phone and give them a call. Ask for J.J. and you too will (most likely) be riding today.........
