Since early February, Lia Honda has effectively worked with me in resolving in resolving factory defects with my new 2024 Honda Prologue. I commend them for their patience and I look forward to interacting with positively in the future.

He was wonderfully polite, informative and efficient! I am chemo patient(11 yrs), no immunity, he let me sit in an empty office and brought the papers out to me . Car was serviced promptly! Great experience!!

Greeted immediately when I arrived. My car was inspected and taken in for service. I waited less than 1 hour for it to be completed. Robert made me aware of items that will need to be addressed in the next 5000 miles.

I was visiting this dealership for a 2025 Honda Prologue

I was visiting this dealership for a 2025 Honda Prologue test drive to replace 2021 VW ID.4. After test drive Tesla Model 3 and pretty much deciding for the model 3, I was surprised to find a user friendly Prologue with reasonable feature and price, the sales rep, Mr. Harry Mcrae, answered to my all questions as he is also the owner of the same EV. I purchased it on the same day.

I bought my car in 2019, and I have been coming every year for service which is absolutely excellent and I have delt with sue Kelly every time. I want to say she is one in a million person, she looks like she really enjoys her job and she does it well. She is a jewel and you should treat her well

I had never worked with Michael Armeno before, but I

I had never worked with Michael Armeno before, but I found this to be a very good experience. Whenever I deal with anyone in this kind of role, I have a worry that they might be trying to upsell me, but I did not feel that at all. In fact he saved me some money by applying the coupons that I had provided. And for one of the items there was no charge because things were working properly.

Susan Kelly was the best!

Susan Kelly was the best! She got me right in for my appointment, told me exactly how long it would take. I went to wait and they were done 45 minutes earlier than when she told me! It was incredible and she has the best customer service. We shared a lot of laugh. Better than sliced bread and Betty White for sure!!
