Confirmation of the worst service

Got a call from Chris from this shady dealer. He actually had the nerve to say that if I traded this vehicle in THERE, that isn't worth anything since they lied on the odometer disclosure, they would get me "into a different vehicle"!! What a tool!

AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN REQUESTED! YES!

If you are in the market and are contemplating using MOTORMAX OF GR, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!! I have filed a claim with the State of MI as of yesterday (2/3/2017), due to the falsification of my Odometer Disclosure Document during the purchase of a vehicle from them. The sales representative was JAY and to see any good reviews about this place literally sets me on fire!!! I am also in contact with my lending institution to report that they LENT and I BORROWED way to much money based on the ACCURATE records for the 2006 Hummer I purchased. I have also left messages for 4 of the institutions they obtain financing through (such as Nicolas) and I will not rest until they know what this place will do just to sell xxxx vehicles. DON'T BELIEVE ME? Visit their website MotorMaxofGR.com and look at all the documents for yourself. They are all right on there for you to compare. If you choose to purchase anyway, do not say that you were never warned.

Smooth and simple car buying experience

Shout out to Brandon at MotorMaxofGR for the best car buying experience ever! Thank you for making the process smooth and simple for us. We were able to get a great car while staying within our budget. No pressure and very knowledgeable. We drive from Jackson (almost 2 hours) just to do business here because of the great service and great people. Thanks again for hooking us up with a great car!

Excellent buying experience!!!

Pleasant staff. Lots of variety to choose from. Approved and driving in no time!!! Kenny was patient with me, having test drove 3 different cars. He just wanted me to be happy!!

Waste of Time

I dealt with Jay. Jay told me he would call me back and make sure that the vehicle I wanted to look at was ready to go when I got there. Just like everybody else is saying, vehicle was not ready. Jay offered me half of the Value my truck listed for if it was in xxxx poor condition as the NADA guide states...and my truck is NOT xxxx poor. After the insult of his offer for half the value of my vehicle, I asked for my keys back because I was done discussing anything further. He then asked what will it take to get you to buy the vehicle tonight? He gave me an offer, I said no, he gave me another offer closer to what I wanted, I said now. At this point he was scrambling and blurted out the dollar amount I asked for and I said no. He was back pedaling so fast it wasn't even funny. Staff seems young, and inexperienced when it comes to vehicles. I do not recommend you try to deal with these folks...you have been warned.

Waste of time

Don't waste your time going there. They tell you everything is fine and ready to go, you show up and nothing is even close to being done. You sit around all afternoon waiting only to be told to come back the next day. 5 days later and they can't even return you're phone call. Can't imagine how bad it would be once they finally get your money.

Buyer beware!

 When we purchased the CUV, we had a few repair items in the terms of the contract. I do not live locally so I had to leave my vehicle for what was supposed to be one day. I called every day for a week and given a different excuse every time. I had to have a vehicle, so I conceeded one repair so I could have my vehicle back. When we went to pick it up, the salesmen were rude and left us to wander the property looking for the truck. When we finally found it, we had to wait for the mechanic to bring the keys. When he brought them out, he staggered towards us and we could see that he was going to be of no help. As we were driving home, we realized nothing had been fixed. I called the dealership and spoke with the salesman and the manager who was very rude and said that I could drop it off again. Instead, we decided to take it elsewhere since we no longer had any faith in their "mechanics Bill of health." What we found was unbelievable. There was so much wrong with it. I called them and got the run around and finally the worst treatment I've ever had in my life. I bought this vehicle with my disability. It has cost me 2x what I paid for it in repairs and I'm still terrified to drive it but I have no choice because of my fixed income. They took advantage of a young woman who was in a terrible accident and needed a reliable vehicle. Please do not buy from them. If you must, have the vehicle checked thoroughly before you do because once they have your money, you are dead to them.

Don't wast your time or money

They sell trash and don't stand behind it Please listen to the reviews I got screwed bad they cover it all up for temp fix then after a month u will see what u got trash way over priced And he gave me his word with a hand shack to make it right then a week later has someone else call me to say yeah we can't COWARDS
