Motor Max of Grand Rapids

I had bought a vehicle here 29 days ago. I now have a rod and a lifter going out in the engine. I am covered under the 3 month warrantee and have made multiple attempts to contact and get no defined answer on how this problem will be resolved. They stated they would contact me back with answers. This was now two days ago. I strongly recommend for anyone seeking a vehicle, to not buy from this dealership!

Great service, love the salesmen and looooooove my new car!!! Stopped in at noon and was driving home in my vehicle by 4! I would recommend anyone to stop in and talk to Mike and RJ, they are very easygoing and knowledgable. Will definitely shop here again in the future!

I bought a truck through these guys. It was on a Saturday and the finance man types up what he thought he could get me for interest and a monthly payment. On Monday when he had to get me the real numbers it ended up being a little higher but he stuck to his word and took more off the price of the vehicle so that he could get me the monthly payment of what he promised!! That to me is excellent customer service! And the sales man (Kenny) didn't go over the top trying to sell me everything out of my budget like usually dealerships do! I had an excellent experience with these guys, and highly recommend them to anyone.

This is an excellent company to buy your next car through. Our salesman RJ was very professional and never once tried to pressure us into buying anything. He helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. The process was not stressful at all, in fact it was fun. He is very informative about cars. I would definitely recommend going through motor max.

Intend on going back. After buying 3 vehicles will stay with these guys they took care of us as well as helped us out with our negative equity getting us into a nice vehicle

Classic Bait and Switch financing. Found my dream car at MotorMax. Sales guy was super friendly and helpful. Financing guy was very personable and willing to work with us on some upgrades the vehicle needed. Agreed on a price and payment we were happy with. Asked flat out if it there was any possibility that the interest rate or payment would change and was told "this is a worst case scenario, the rate may even be better". We left with the car and an appointment to finalize the following day. When we arrived the next day the salesman had a completely different demeanor. He tried to get us to sign on a loan that had a 3% higher interest rate and a 12 month shorter term increasing our payment by nearly $100 a month. We walked away. These guys are scammers. Way to perpetuate the car salesmen stereotype...these guys are the poster models for slimy salesmen.

Brandon was very friendly ad willing to help us the best way he could and very professional and very nice and his appearance was very nice..He even helped us unload the truck that we traded in, we really appriciate it, thank you Brandon!!!

I bought a Jeep Liberty from this place 3 months ago. 3 weeks after I bought it it was in the shop getting the transmission replaced and this place wouldn't pay a dime. I payed for an extended warranty and they came up with worthless excuses not to use it. When I first came in to buy it all the men in there were flirts and unprofessional. Feet on the desk, cursing and calling me all sorts of pet names. But when I came back asking for them to help pay for all the repairs they were all complete jerks and laughed at me. Total repairs was $3000 and they tried giving me a check for $200 and shoving me out the door! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
