Excellent Customer Service

Kenny was professional and proficient. He helped us after our car was totaled in a car accident. Not only did he find us a newer car but helped us obtain a lower interest rate! This was the 3rd car we have purchased and each time, the process got easier and we were able to get more of a car each time! We appreciate your hard work Kenny!!!

Good morning every one i have to say that I need more than

5 stars. I think Glenn deserves 10 STARS he worked so hard to get me in a SUV. I've been ubering for over a month and really wanted to leave with a vehicle. Glenn made it happen im so thankful and so happy. No more uber thanks to Glenn. Your the best. Thank u for all u did to get me in a SUV. I just really cant thank u enough thank u thank u thank u. So lets here it for Glenn 10 Stars. So lets get a shout out for Glenn all day, all week, all month he deserves it. Thanks

Great place to get a car!

Ken was a huge help and got me in a car that fit in my budget and really fit my needs...he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate all he did to help me out. If you're looking for a deal and good service go talk to them and talk to Ken and tell him Joe sent ya.

Very satisfied

Quick call from cars.com referral. We set up a drive and made an offer on the car. After the drive I was concerned about the brakes and vibration while driving. They put on new brake pads and rotated the tires. Great communication and clear plan. the waiting area for the brake change was a little rundown withthat are for the workers really.

tried to sell me a beat up car claiming excellent condition

this car had obviously been in a collision and repaired. they were very much denying this and said that I was making a big deal over nothing. It is also worth noting that this place and Automax of GR have a very bad reputation among other dealers, according to a few friends that deal very closely with several major GR dealers

This dealership needs to be investigated for selling junk

Impressive Inventory of Vehicles

I bought a 07 GMC Denali from these guys (Chris & Justin I believe) roughly 3 months ago. Man I love the truck. Went there looking to purchase a more expensive SUV when I ran across their impressive lot of vehicles. What really sold me is the fact that they talked me down from something more expensive to something id truly be happy with. No buyers remorse here!!! Excellent service, easy to work with, very helpful and full of knowledge. Thank you guys, the truck is flawless!

Very frustrating to deal with

I found this dealership very frustrating to deal with. They had a 2012 Dodge Journey advertised on Car Guru, Auto Trader and their own web site. I called on a Monday about the vehicle. Was told by Tony that the vehicle was getting some scratches painted and would possible be done by Friday. Called Thursday. Tony wasn't in so talked with Jay. Jay told me the vehicle was getting recall work done and he didn't know when it would be back. Called on the next Monday. Tony not there any more. Talked with Mike. He told me the bumper was falling off and was getting fixed. I told him I had been told 3 different stories about this Journey. He assured me that the bumper was the problem. Told him I was really interested in this vehicle and even had the cash to pay for it. His response" Boy, you're hot to trot." Tried not to be offended by the comment. He didn't know when the car would be back. Had my son call the next day as I was curious what they would tell him. He was told it was the bumper. My son said that none of the pictures on their web site showed a bad bumper and there was no CarFax report that it had been in an accident. His salesperson said he wasn't sure what was going on but would find out and call him right back. Never happened. So I called again the day after that. Got Mike again who commented once again that I was Hot to Trot when I told him I really wanted this vehicle. By this time, I was getting mad. Decided I was giving it one more chance. So I called again and talked with Kenny. Told him the entire story. He said he would find out what was going on and call back. No surprise - that never happened. I just looked on their web site and the car is still listed. It's been three weeks since this all has happened. All I can say, is good luck to whoever chooses to buy from these clowns - it won't be me.

got a 2008 ford ranger NO HELP

Brandon was the salesman an said to me and my wife an a friend when he was at out house he would get the 3 things fixed. well it been a month now just call over their again an was told he was busy.. they said they would fix the air the rear door senor and fix the dash lights so I can see how fast iam driving. what they did when I test drove the ranger they took out the dome light bulb so when u turn left the dome light would not come on , after I put a bulb in their the dome light would come on after turning left or when u shut the door with the windows up the light would come on. now with the dash light that's now working to see how fast your driving , I did not drive the truck at night until the next day then could not see how fast I was driving. today date 12/12/2015 ill let u know if they stand behind what they said about getting this fixed and will put it back up here 4 you to see.
