John Kazak helped me find the perfect truck! After looking at a few trucks on the lot that didn’t have the equipment options I wanted or the right color, John offered to find me a truck. Thirty minutes after sitting down and looking for the right truck John found the perfect one and had it at the dealership in two days! Thank you John and everyone at Lotspeich Automotive for helping me find the perfect truck!

Great service and communication
I went in to get my car looked at (weird noises) and was extremely impressed with the amount of communication before the services were actually performed letting me know a price and a timeframe.

Gary and Karen Waner
We just bought another vehicle from Lotspeich. It is a 2018 Camero SS, 2SS fully loaded and in as new condition. We bought here because they are the best dealership that we have dealt with. The service department with Jim Bragaw is the best we have ever dealt with, they take care of you and treat you like you are family. We are thrilled with our new to us Camero and the deal we got from them. We have bought vehicles from them for almost 30 years and have been happy with all of them, and we cannot say enough good things about the dealership and service department. Keep up the great work Lotspeich, and see Bryce Gabbert for a great deal on a great car or truck!!!!!!

Service Department is a complete joke.
In good faith I purchased a 2016 (in 2016) Malibu brand new off the lot and within 1 week the car had completely stalled and locked up throwing us from 50 mpg to 5 in about 1 second (I know that's not their fault) but we expect them to analyze and correct the problem as we purchased their extended warranty. At that point all the service department did was turn off the check engine light which does not generate a service record. It's 2019 now, check engine light still on, vehicle still stalling, service 2 days ago the service department turned off the check engine light and told my wife that it keeps coming on because she is on and off the gas pedals, what a complete crock. Between the purchase in 2016 the check engine light has never been off for more than a week and we have driven the car to Lottspeich (40 miles away) between 12 and 15 times, we had them print us out service record for our attorney and it printed out 4 records, which means ten times all they did was reset the check engine light. Every time we get a loaner they talk like we should be excited about it, it's embarrassing and I don't give a crap about the loaners. This service department is a complete joke and the management allowing this to happen to its customers will feel the burn one day. I know they will reply with a generic statement about how highly they uphold their customer service, but we are done with customer service. We want a working vehicle and this deal that went down in 2016 has completely wasted years of our lives that we cannot get back. All we do is swap out vehicles and wonder when our car is going to lock up on the highway. Still to this day no resolution, nothing you can do at this point will make it right unless you give a refund for this piece of garbage you sold us and continue to sell us on, wasting yours and our time.

Don’t make the same mistake we did
Dealing with their service department has wrecked my entire family's week. Daughter's car broke down in Warrensburg so we had it towed to nearest Chevy dealer (Lotspeich). We waited twice for parts to be shipped from Chicago to fix the car. In the meantime, they had no loaner available so we had to drive my daughter to and from Warrensburg to class and then to KC for her job. Service staff was NOT friendly, sympathetic, or helpful. After 4 days we pick up her car and make it back to our hometown before it completely broke down again. Completely non operational. We picked it up and paid thinking the car would be fixed. I really don't think they didn't do anything to the car. We will be reporting to better business bureau and anyone else I can think of. We are not made of money and have had to tow it to yet another dealership.

It is the goal of our dealership to make sure every customer is satisfied. Not all situations are the same and at times we are at the mercy of others vendors and parts providers to be able to get a customers vehicle fixed. We trust that the parts being provided to us will not fail but in some situations certain parts do fail In these situations GM does provide a warranty on the part for the customer to be able to have the part replaced under their parts warranty. We value every dollar that is spent by our customer and strive to provide the absolute best service possible.
Paid for repairs... Car still won’t run
Daughter’s car broke down In Warrensburg, so we had it towed to Lotspeich because it was the closest Chevy dealer. They ordered the part from Chicago to fix the car. The car was still not operational. So, they order more parts from Chicago. 4 days go by with no loaner so I’m stuck driving hours a day trying to get my daughter to Warrensburg for school in addition to my own driving. Anyway, she picked the car up and made it back to Lee’s Summit before it started doing what it was doing before. They would not help cover the tow back to Warrensburg. They offered zero assistance in making this right. We are out money, I really don’t think they attempted to fix the car.
