They're sloppy and irresponsible

I am not going to bore you with a long story of terrible mistakes they did when I traded in my car. Long story short, they put a contract infront of me, I sign, i'm happy and I leave. After a month of having "my" new car they call me to say the deal is off and to surrender the car and get back my old car. Obviously making me past due on my payments for the first car. This among other details of the transaction and service and status of the new car which didn't even come with floor mats made this the worst dealer I've been to.

Be Very Careful

Be very careful dealing with this company. I sold my car last week and was told a check would be sent out in 24-48 hours which I should receive within 3-5 days. It has been over one week and no check , But what is worse is the fact you cannot speak to anyone on the phone. I have left several messages over the past 2 days with no response

armada

i went to see and buy an armada Nissan. the sale man give a appointment for the Saturday, when i arrived it was on day off....!!! so someone else take care of me, the car was in the second place, when we arrived there i tried the car, no test drive. after couples of minutes lot of electricity problem coming up in the car, and the sale man told me, it s not our pb, we don t have any electric people to fix them. so it s mean they never check before all the electric part of the car before sale to the customer.....

J. Wells

Lots of people trying to push the product. Plenty of customers so not much real concern about any individual customer. I phoned two days ahead about the car I had purchased and the damaged rear view mirror. Asked to have it fixed before I drove the 250 miles to pick it up. Nothing had been done waited two hours before they told me they couldn't fix it. Supposed to be just a pickup but wound up taking three hours plus to get the car.

Poor service

Took nearly 2 weeks and I think 3 emails before someone contacted me. Once contacted, I explained what I wanted and then completed/emailed all information to Jonathan Mora. I had to call him several times over 2 days before he answered. I was then placed with someone named Pedro who had no clue about vehicles I was interested in. By the time he looked the cars up, one had been sold. I got the feeling that everyone I spoke with felt they were doing me a favor. Don't think I will consider buying a car online again.

hgreg doral

Talked to guy on the phone 2 or 3 times about a truck in a 3 day span. Talked about just one truck. Told him I wasn't interested in anything else. He told me to come see him. Drove hour and half there. Didn't see guy I talked to saw another guy. And he told me car sold 3 weeks ago. Bad business will never go back ever. Hope y'all don't too

The Worst

Low prices until they add thousands worth of bogus fees. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are buying from out of state. Salesreps don't call you back or answer your questions.

Couldn't reach anyone! Worthless

Called multiple times without an answer. Emailed them about a car three times, and finally got a email response a week later. I even tried the chat option on their websit and was transferred four different times without a single response. I've never seen a auto dealership behave this way since they relie on sales. Very strange
