Terrible experience. Do not buy a car here.
Their large selection of vehicles cannot offset a poor purchase process, non-existent customer service after the sale, Inaccurate title information, and poorly maintained/inspected vehicles. Poor purchase process: It took 5+ hours for a cash purchase. Non-existent customer service after the sale: HGreg refused to provide the title at the time of purchase, insisting that an online title service would send the title within 2 weeks. It ultimately took almost 3 months, and dozens of unanswered messages, before title paperwork was provided. Requests to speak to managers simply resulted in being routed to a voicemail, with no call back from the dealer. Inaccurate title information: Despite a clean Carfax, when the title arrived it showed the vehicle had more miles when HGreg bought it, than when they sold it. Even though the discrepancy is small, the vehicle title now shows unverified mileage, reducing the value. Poorly Maintained/inspected vehicles: New tires and major brake work required. A piece of the vehicle exterior trim actually fell off on the drive home from dealer, and had to be replaced. So, buyer beware, as the HGreg inspection is clearly inadequate.

Worse dealership ever in 30 years of buying a car
I flew into the airport to purchase this vehicle from HGreg. The price increased from the web site post of 2K. Terrible sales manager Jose Robles was rude and you should get another one if he tries to assist you. This was June 2016 and as of date I still don't have a tag. Dealership paper tag expired and my new vehicle is parked. I requested twice to get one shop or give me a DMV tracking number. Thus far I have neither and still waiting for this dealership. Runaway from this dealership and if you are from out of state. Don't waist you time and money, enjoy MIA w/o visiting this place.

I could not imagine so many things going wrong at a dealership! My experience was a nightmare! We requested to see a BMW that was posted on their site. Our salesperson, Anthony, said the vehicle was available but we had to take a trip to their warehouse, located about 15 minutes away, even though when we scheduled an appointment we requested that the vehicle be brought up to the showroom. While waiting for the van, which took 20 minutes, we witnessed a fist-fight between our salesperson Anthony and another employee. Instead of helping us find a car, he was busy punching a co-worker! Oscar, the manager, blatantly stated to "wait because our salesperson is in a fight", as if it was nothing. When we finally got to the vehicle and asked for a test drive, it was completely out of gas. We scheduled an appointment to check the car with another manager named Frank, who confirmed he would be there on July 31st at 9:00am to assist us. We drove over 80 miles only to find out the manager was not there. At the end of the day, we couldn't make the purchase because there was no service at all. Do not go to Hgreg no matter how good the deal looks!

Good prices, terrible service
YOU CAN DO BETTER We went to buy our car here in July - they charge $899 of dealer fee that is supposedly covering a deep car inspection to make sure that is in good order, but after driving it for 1 week we had to perform the following maintenance: - The windshield wipers were completely gone, had to replace both of them - Tires were without any tread left, had to change all four - Had to change oil and filter - Had to do a recall on the car that was 1 year old and wasn't taken care of All I got back was a 80$ check for half of the expenses on repairs + 2 tyres. Isn't this something they should take care of as a part of the $899 dealer fee? In summary - this dealer do not care of giving you good service, they just have scale to offer very good choice and decent pricing but beware, you got what you pay for

A few weeks ago I purchased a car from one of your dealerships. Upon buying it I noticed that the ball was missing from the gear. Sales person Mitchell from the dealership and he told me a new one would be mailed to my home. It has been weeks and I have received no such package. I have in the past few days called at least twenty times. My calls keep being dropped, when I ask to speak to the manager my call is transferred and then I am hung up on. I have been treated with extreme disrespect. They cannot provide me with what they said they would give me and do not have the courtesy to speak to me about the issue.

Its the old "I'll call you back" routine. Or " I can't locate the vehicle at the moment, but I'll call you first thing tomorrow". today was I mentioned the salesmen and I got "WHO?"... so I google mapped the place and it seems to exist. But the sales department apparently doesn't..... exist.

If you're like most people when buying a new or used car, the finance guys are the scariest people to talk to. Darryl Garib at the Doral H Greg changed my opinion on dealers and finance personnel. He went above and beyond to explain all items that are part of a vehicle contract and helped me obtain the car of my dreams. Salesman, Jonathan Legaz was extremely helpful in the process of choosing this car and was very knowledgeable of all things Volkswagen. If I had to purchase another vehicle in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to this establishment and asking to work with, salesman, Jonathan Legaz and Darryl Garib again.
