Referred to this dealership by a friend. The showroom is small with barely enough room to squeeze between cars and desks. We met with Lorenx a young enthusiastic salesman. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The manager, Simon, was also very pleasant and not pushy, he made the pricing negotiations be less painful experience - generally the worst part of buying or leasing.

Very professional and pleasant to work with. Waiting area is clean and they provide coffee. Cars are worked on and quickly returned

I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the $110 ticket on my car where it was parked in a bike lane while I was paying for my service. The service manager said the dealership would take care of it but it could take longer than the time noted on the ticket. They need to do a better job to insure this doesn't happen again.

Ed Thornton, the service manager was helpful and friendly. He took care of my car needs even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. I chose to wait while the car was serviced, and I was comfortable in the waiting area. All the staff at this location efficiently handled the check in and the check out. I would highly recommend this location for your car service.
