Brought my car in for a recall. Waited a month for the appointment. Was told it would take 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours I asked where my car was and was told that it would take another hour and they would start on it. 2 hours waiting and they had not even touched the car. In fact they then first brought in from the street where they parked it at a bus stop for 2 hours. If I didn’t ask it would still be waiting. Will I get a ticket for being parked at a bus stop. My car was also covered with pigeon droppings since they are located on Pidgeon Meadow Road. I wouldn’t buy a car from them or use there service under any circumstances. Beware. You were warned. In addition those you come in contact with do not wear masks even though there is a sign stating all employees and guests must be masked.

Needed to replace my battery - called and was told to come in right away... happy to have fast and courteous service. Good job!

I just moved to New York and I needed to get my car inspected to make sure eveything is properly running before the winter hits. They were very detailed and thorough when explaining my warranty for service on my car, and inspected everything as I requested them to do.

Did the NYS inspection and the 1-year maintenance there on my leases Elantra. Very smooth process.

The service was timely and satisfactory but the facilities need an upgrade or better location if you are serious about the genesis brand
