Liberty Ford Brunswick

No hassle and simple transaction using the Ford A Plan. I identified the car I wanted. Liberty located a 2015 Focus SE with a manual transmission for me, then offered a good price (including my trade-in), as well as a loan with a better interest rate than my credit union. Though the car I wanted was located in Columbus, Ohio, they delivered the same day. I really enjoyed dealing with Ron in Finance. A no pressure guy. He even called me back the day after signing my deal (before he submitted the final documentation for my transaction) and advised me that he had another finance source with a better interest rate. Ron is a good guy, and a great Browns fan!

Great Service!

I had been thinking about buying a new vehicle because I wanted to downsize from a minivan to a suv type vehicle. After looking around I decided that I would like to check out the Ford Edge. My best friend Becky C. and her husband had purchased their Ford Taurus from your location at Brunswick Liberty Ford and they had been pleased with their vehicle and the service there. We were in the area one day and stopped in to see what was available. Tyler Gribble was my sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and enjoyed working with him. I kind of liked the one on the lot but not sure and he checked and found one I might be more interested in at the Maple Heights dealership so he worked it out to go pick it up and bring it back within a few hours so we could come back and look at it. After taking it out for a test drive I felt confident that I wanted to by this 2013 Ford Edge, pre-owed, certified and that Tyler and the staff worked out a deal without any pressure, which I appreciated very much. I returned the next morning to pick up my new car. Ive now had it for about 3 weeks and I absolutely love it! The service was great, staff was nice and everything was done as promised, expect the interior was supposed to be detailed, if it was it did not appear to be. Other wise at this time I am very pleased with my Ford Edge and my experience at Brunswick Liberty Ford. Thank you! Sincerely Veronica F.

Oil change

Overall it was a good experience, it would only recommend that when a customer comes to pick up their vehicle don't tell them that they didn't wash their truck because it didn't look dirty. I would recommend not saying anything.

A+++ service! Excelent salesman and financing team

Our experience at Liberty was absolutely terrific! We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and were able to have a smooth transaction. We purchased a 2016 Explorer Sport. Our salesman, Vincent, was very patient when we encountered an emergency and had to come back the next day. He was very easy to work with and we will definitely be return customers because of people like him! Best experience we have ever had when purchasing a car, hands down.

service experience

Helpful and efficient for being there on a Saturday. They did my service quickly but professionally. Even when I forgot to tell them about an item that needed attention they just smiled and said we got it. They finished my car when they said they would which is nice topping to the great service.

Over all the number of dealerships I have dealt with over the years this was the best experience I have had. They were extremely helpful in my search for a vehicle going out of their way when they didn`t have to. From the beginning to end it was great. Actually made car shopping enjoyable again.

Service January 2016

I took my 2014 Lincoln MKZ in for an oil change and to have the mechanics go over everything to prepare for my trip to Florida. All was done in a timely matter. I am now ready for my trip.
