3rd. times a charm @ Liberty Ford in Brunswick Oh.

Came in for a oil change & tire rotation along with a problem of dash lights flashing on & off. After 2 earlier visits where nothing could be found, this time the tech found some wires in the rear of the van shorting out against shelving. I don't know how he found it but that shows me that you have some very good/well trained techs working for Ford. Will be back in the future!!!

Great service department

When I arrived for my service appointment I was greeted by name and my car was immediately taken in.The staff was courteous and the work was promptly completed. It was finished off with a car wash!

Appointments scheduled quickly

There were multiple attempts to fix the same problem. The passenger side door handle would not work or stick even after fixing numerous times. It seems to be fixed correctly now.

2014 Ford Escape

Davis Brown and Amos Cruz were both awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Davis has gone above and beyond with customer service to ensure my satisfaction! The only thing that bothered me was there was a dent in the driver side door on delivery that I'm pretty sure was not there when I initially looked at the car or test drove it. Thank you, however for agreeing to fix it for us.
