I've purchased 2 cars and referred 2 friends who bought cars from Brandon Tomes Subaru and needless tosay, we are ALL happy with our purchase and extremely satisfied with the service and personel at every level! Marcos and Clay were absolutely plesed with the way we were treated and acommadated!

Friendly experience, the upper management were very

Friendly experience, the upper management were very professional and nice. My only complaint is the car did not come with a sunshade- like the car salesman said when testing vehicles.

Keisha was great and very helpful.

Keisha was great and very helpful. She made the shopping experience very easy and enjoyable. Ana was also super helpful in finance, explained everything thoroughly, and did not overly push any add-ons.

This dealership treated me very well.

This dealership treated me very well. We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and they worked with us on the pricing and fixing some issues I identified during the test drive. We ended getting a loaner, that they offered, because the vehicle we purchased had to go through their inspection process and fix some minor issues. The salesperson who helped us was Chris Gandara and he was a good guy. Very honest and not pushy. Rafay kept us in the loop with how everything was going while we waited for our vehicle. From sales to finance, everyone was great. The only ding I have for them is that they don't advertise their vehicle prices with the packages they include on every vehicle. They worked with me on the pricing but unfortunately, a lot of dealerships use this tactic in a dishonest manner. I would encourage them to inform potential buyers in their ads that the vehicles have packages that will cost more than the advertised price. Like I said though, they worked with me on that particular point. For their part, they never tried to hide the cost or anything like that. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.

The sales goal was great.

The sales goal was great. They were supposed to get the cigarette smell out. They said they did some kind of air purifying. It didn't work. I think they should have shampooed the fabric parts of the car. They did mask the smell with something that lasted long enough for my Mom who has a breathing disorder to ride home in the car. The sales people act a little arrogant like their cars are so much better. Well, they should have enough pride in their work to properly clean the cars. Other than that, the people were nice, and the buying process was smooth.
