I have been going to Infiniti Service Center for 5 years and they always do quality work. Nick Cardoza is a great service consultant. I highly recommend working with him.

We worked with Ken to buy a used car. He was friendly and accommodating from the start! After a couple bad experiences at other dealers, it was a breath of fresh air. The staff was honest on pricing, terms, and policies. The experience was also efficient, we had the car in no time. Ken was excellent; highly recommend! (He even brought us cheese and crackers as we were working through paperwork)

Ramon went above and beyond to help with getting my car fixed, offer advice on my car and getting me a loaner to drive home with my kids

Chloe was great from start to finish. The only complaint that I have is that I was paying cash for the vehicle and the finance manager had run my credit score and felt the need to ask why my rating was low.

The service that I receive is always outstanding. I am a very busy single mom and professionally, and thankful that I am always able to get in and and out. My car is always clean and ready for me to go when I get back. I also appreciate that they have Uber transport me to my office and back to pick up my car which is always ready on time. I do not know what I would do without Nick and Ramon !
