Worst experience ever.

service experience was worst I have ever experienced. My truck had more issues after repairs than existed before they touched it. explanations for these issues were unbelievable and in my opinion not honest. I am no longer using this dealer for service on 2018 Jeep or 1998 Ram 1500. Please note the service writer was very cordial and polite, but had no power to correct the issues. That fell to the service manager and technician.

Untrustworthy

The most untrustworthy car dealership I have ever experienced. They do not stand by their word or their warranty. If they can find the slightest reason to not honor their commitment to the buyer, they will absolutely screw you over. They jacked up the price when do financing until you pay way more than you ever agreed to, and their communication is terrible. The management acts smug and uncaring about any problem that you have, basically telling you that as soon as you drive off the lot you are on your own. I wish I had read these reviews before I had purchased a vehicle from this place.

Worst service.

Worst service. Bought 2015 Jeep and was sold a lifetime detailing package I didn't really want but when the deal dropped from $900 to $500 I took it. Now they are telling me the rep that sold me the package shouldn't have been doing that and was let go. They are also not honoring the lifetime package and say it ended with the warranty period. This was after I scheduled the maintenance. I called once to schedule and then again the morning of to confirm the time. Not until I take time out of my day to show up for the appointment do I find out the person scheduling me for that appointment should have transferred me to another department. Poorly run establishment.

Never going back.

Never going back. Had a coolant leak and limped to the dealer down the road who sells jeeps. Found out they're the sister store of an official jeep dealer and any powertrain warranty work needs to be done at official Jeep dealer. So I trucked my jeep that I was told needed a water pump over to Gladstone Jeep. Vehicle arrived on Thursday, I called in Friday afternoon and they acted like they had no idea my jeep was there. Went in first thing Saturday morning and waited around 15 min to speak to one of the 2 techs working that day. They acted like they had no idea where my jeep was or any record of it. I could see the top of my jeep in their back lot, girl working picks up JK keys and asks if they're mine (I have a JL)...no do you not know where my keys are? When I told them the first place diagnosed it was a faulty water pump they said it would take $225 for them to diagnose the issue. They were more than willing to drop a water pump in without looking until I mentioned it should be under warranty. clearly the techs do not know the warranties, they were asking who the warranty was through and I kept saying its the factory warranty, every jeep sold comes with the 5 year 60k mile warranty and my jeep is less than 4 years old and under 50k miles. Water pump would be covered. After learning that they tried to find anything other than the water pump as bad. they couldn't tell me the pump was any good but they say now it's the Gasket & water pump inlet tube leaking. somehow the water pump inlet tube is not considered part of the water pump and even though it clearly states gaskets are covered in the warranty for the water pump that gasket somehow is not covered. Sent claim to NCDS. Took 8 days to get my jeep back. Oh and this is a jeep I bought 3 weeks before. tech couldn't keep her story straight, felt like I was getting the run around the whole time. Did everything they could to not let this be a powertrain issue. My temp tags expired while in their lot. Horrible first jeep experience. Use to service my charger here in the past. Will never spend another dollar here.

Run, run away as fast as you can…

We’ve been customers of this dealership for years now and should have left MANY years ago! They’re the ABSOLUTE worst service out there! The tip of the iceberg was just a couple of weeks ago when our car was STOLEN from their lot during an oil change (the reason for our visit)! Sorry they said, it was a mistake! The auction guy had stolen it by accident!!! xxx?!? 🤬😡🤬 And to fix the situation we got a free car wash and a full tank of gas! Hooray! Just save yourself lots of headache and MONEY and run far away from these crooks!

3 year old van transmission went out.

3 year old van transmission went out. SECOND VAN purchased exactly 101,000 miles transmission went out. Dealership help in any way. NO, just give them the money and move along. Transmissions and oil leaks are know for these products unfortunately we stuck with them. Their loyalty ends when they get their check to xxxx with the struggling families that rely on them!!!!

Service scheduling

27 years I've been going to this dealership as an individual. Spent nearly a quarter million dollars on vehicles. I've watched the service department change and tge actual dealership over those years. We, the public, normally have one job that is difficult to schedule time off from...and we normally have one vehicle. That being said I cannot stress the importance of a scheduled appointment. 10 days before I scheduled....so I thought...a look under my hood as I have an oil leak...service writer says it looks like you haven't had your 4x service done yet do you want to to that as well...I said yes and scheduled today Friday 25th for this...took off work ..PTO...half a day...he said show up before 7 and we will be sure to get you in early... Showed up, wanted for doors to open...only to be told I didn't have an appointment...and that if I didn't mind they might be able to get me looked at by the end of the day...might... 27 years and I don't want these headaches... I will be taking my vehicle for service elsewhere and more than likely my future business for purchases...

Travis Taylor great salesman

Travis Taylor was great and helpful in our purchase of a new truck! Didnt pressure us in anyway. And tended to all our needs. Will go back to this dealership and Travis again when it is time for another vehicle!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We experienced it all, lack of communication, gaslighting, mechanics neglect all of it. I will never go here ever again, while I was waiting for 30 minutes on a manager 4 people came in that had been there a week prior so its common that they do not fix things.
