I feel like it was a one night stand. They loved me while I was there, then I tried calling them and no one would call me back. Finally called the GM (after no response in 3-4 weeks) and he responded (the next day). I would NOT recommend this dealership. After this experience I’m not sure I would buy another Chrysler product period. Lousy costumer service

Morgan R was great! He was not pushy with a sale and did not talk too much. He was knowledgeable and knew the inventory. Butch in finance stuck to the payment we needed and didn’t try pushing up sales. He has personality as well!

Saw a add if you bought three tires youget one for a dollar so I took the old Ford in there they honored it even though it wasn’t a Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram very very nice service I dealt with Ernie and he did a great job and I’m like say that I will be doing business there again

mm Would have had my business if they were not either incompetent or dishonest. Asked multiple times about 0% for 84 months was pre-qualified then 2 hours into my 3 hour drive was called to be notified that the vehicle I wanted was for only 48 months. pictures don't always add up on online sites to their website. Was hard to get stickers for vehicles. Some red flags made me nervous about this dealership. I hope your experience was better than mine.

Kyle, The incentives for Wranglers are always posted on the factory site as well as our site. There has never been 0% for anything past 36 months on Wranglers. Looking at your text string with our staff we never showed that 0% for 84 months was an option. Your question was is 0% available on the Wrangler and it is for 36 months.

Terrible culture and sales practices. Out of state buyer...
Terrible culture and sales practices. Out of state buyer and have a signed agreement and paid a deposit on a TRX...............paying a $10k premium for a Launch Edition. Troy and Adam sold the vehicle to someone else for more money and then lied to me about what happened blaming on a snafu with the VIN. Adam says my agreement is not binding when it clearly states on the bottom that after dealership signature it is binding. Just a dumb thing to say. He is not a person of integrity. My legal counsel states it is not worth fighting that as I could obtain a judgement for the contract breach; the cost involved from a distance would be prohibitive. Heck, even a simple arbitrator would rule in my favor. I could sue for the cost difference in purchasing elsewhere, the hassle and legal fees but found the same vehicle elsewhere $5k less so I cannot show I have actually been damaged financially. In short, this is not a reputable business staffed with people of integrity at least not these two. Buy elsewhere and save yourself the frustration. I am not saying all the people involved with this dealership are bad people, but Troy and Adam did not display any strong moral values or integrity in my dealings with them. The salesman Tony was fine and was not involved in the deceptive sales practices from what I can tell. If you choose to do business with this dealership, I certainly hope you are treated better than I was and that you experience is a favorable one. Mine was not.

Mr. Bishop, Sorry you are less than satisfied. However, we have fully refunded your deposit. The issue arose with incoming VIN's being crossed and the wrong vehicle being assigned. As soon as we found the error we processed your refund in full. Thank you and have a good weekend.

I went to Gladstone Dodge and worked with my salesman, Kyle Kolbe. Gladstone Dodge gave me what I needed for my trade and I also bought a car that was sold below Kelly Blue Book. Kyle and Gladstone Dodge are super friendly and made the buying experience fun! Our purchase agreement process only took an hour, fanatastic!

Tried through cars.com and dealers website to get information on a Dodge Charger they have had listed for awhile now. Unable to get anyone to contact me with information - unsure why they are publishing online if they wont even bother with internet shoppers.
