Wanted a fusion. They had several to choose from. Prices were fantastic compared to other dealers. Experience was great. Any issues I had were taken care of with no problems.

I was looking for Pearl exterior color car with tan leather interior. Found my beautiful 2012 Lincoln MKZ on their website, talked to my credit union, picked up a check in less than an hour. JP (an exceptionally nice young man, it was his birthday too) picked me up in Shawnee, KS over an hour away. I drove the car back to Gower, completed my paperwork and was driving away off in my new car in less than 30 minutes! Awesome experience, thanks.

Our salesman Robert did a fantastic job at getting us the payments we wanted. When we went in to sign paperwork that was also a fast and courteous experience. The only negative is the car does not have an owners manual, it would be nice especially with the features that come on vehicles.

Had contacted the dealership through the internet. I saw through the Autotrader that they had a Ford Focus that we were looking for. I told Baron Washington when I would be there. He was waiting and prepared to show us the car. We ended up buying the car. The service was excellent. They were very kind and patient with me and my many questions. I had found online a Ford Focus exactly what my granddaughter was looking for. Notified the dealership that I was interested on that car. Was emailed by Baron Washington. I let him know that I would be there the next day and what time that would be. When we arrived he was there waiting for us. We ended up buying that car at a fair price. Baron was kind, knowledgeable and extremely patient with my many questions. All employees were very nice and the finance manager worked hard to get us into the car that we had chosen. I was searching for a used vehicle online, and kept coming across Sneed Ford as having excellent prices when compared to other dealers in the KC area. After talking to a co-worker who had a good experience with this dealership, I decided to check them out myself. I met with Rick Munden who was very nice and patient in showing me several Ford Focus models I was interested in. I then left with a car I was happy with that same day.

I walked in an caught him on his lunch break. Baron did not hesitate to end his break early and helped me out looking a the cars I wanted. He was very personable and polite. After the test drive I already knew looking around for the past month that the price was right and the deal was good. Was literally able to be in and out within a couple of hours. We had a no issues with this dealership! Rich was out on the lot with us with keys in hand for the car we were looking at (2011 Ford Focus) BEFORE we ever spoke with anyone. He was very helpful with the sale and with finding us insurance. We will definitely recommend Dennis Sneed to everyone! We even found the right color (sangria red)! We are VERY happy.

They will reel you in and give you a "good deal" but as soon as you take possession of the vehicle you will be on your own. They'll give you the run around.
