Dennis Sneed Ford

This is the first time I’ve been to Dennis Sneed Ford and all I have to say is I have found my new dealership that I will always go to if I’m looking for a vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Dennis Sneed Ford.

I hate that the salesman doesn't have any idea when I ask him he always went to the manager then came again to me every single time. renegotiating is impossible here. they didn't offer me anything. I asked for free oil change they said NO. I bought the car just because I need it other wise not happy with them at all. WIL NOT RECOMMEND IT

Hello I purchased my vehicle from Baron and had a great time dealing with him. He made me feel very comfortable with the decision I made and told me that the vehicle I purchased was best suited for my family. Found a few things wrong with the car but that was no problem for the sneed family to handle they got me in for service and out ready to go. Thanks for your continuous support and will be doing more business with you guys soon in the near future.

We bought a used Ford F150 at Dennis Sneed Ford;we were told this was a buy back vehicle by Ford Motor Company because the previous owner and lied and lied - happens all the time, according to our salesman Rich Sousa. We were naive enough and trusted our friendly salesman (who repeatedly told us he treated his customers like he would want to be treated) to accept/believe that. AT NO TIME did he tell us this vehicle would be titled as a lemon. When we went to buy license plates, we were told this pickup would be have to be titled as a lemon. We had signed papers to the effect that we were told this was a buy back by Ford so, because we trusted this dealership, we are stuck with a lemon vehicle. Anybody want to buy a lemon?! We'll have to either drive it till it drops or take a great loss upon selling or trading it....real bummer. Shame on us for trusting this dealership! Shame on them for being, what we feel is less than ethical.

Had a great experience at this dealership. Very polite and professional. I would recommend going to this dealership if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

Claudia is a very polite, helpful, and have very come and relax and attitude wish help you with stressful purchase. She also get out of her way next day driving all the way to Olathe where I live to pick up the title to my trade in. I highly recommend her. She is different and much better then other car sales people then I have experience. Thank you Claudia.

Claudia was a wonderful sales consultant. She helped us find what we needed without pressuring us into make a quick decision. She was very personable and we enjoyed working with her. Rick was great with explaining how our payments would work and made our time spent at the dealership worthwhile.
