Not impressed at all

The people were great just the deataling of the used cars looks like my 9 year olds cleaned them then they sell me a car with the change oil light flashing runs out of gas on the test drive then the dealer only puts 15 bucks in they had to jump start it it had been sitting so long with a dead battery the porter or whoever jump stated it left the battery cover off under the hood which falls down and starts melting to the motor on my way home lol then the battery is dead again the next day because the batter is bad and needs replaced so I go to a ford dealer give almost 10k for a car that needs cleaned needs the oil changed needs a battery and only got about 1/2 a tank of gas definitely not impressed it was more like just buying from an individual not a ford dealership definitely learned my lesson there again everyone I worked with was great it’s just a management/ownership problem I’d say I will definitely not buy another vehicle from them

Lackluster.

The customer service was bare minimum at best. I often struggled to get a straight answer from the salesman. I asked several times for my financial contract but ultimately never received it. I ended up having to get all the details over the phone through the loan company. They had the car that I wanted at the price I wanted so we did business. The finance guy didn't put any pressure out toward buying the extras and overall it was a quick transaction. I don't have anything "bad" to say but I've dealt with a lot of dealerships big and small and this is one of the few I wouldn't recommend unless they had exactly what you were looking for.

Fancy Lincoln

Sneed Ford had the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Doug was good to work with and provided the information I needed. This was a long distance purchase from Dallas.

Great experience

I appreciate how transparent and upfront this dealership is. I got a great deal! From the moment I got into the dealership and met Rich, to being handed my keys, it was a very pleasant experience. All of which took about less than 2 hours on a Saturday, not bad! There is a level of professionalism but also very down to earth relatable friendliness with all the employees I worked with, and I can appreciate that.

Sales was very honest and sincere w/ a great price

Our sales rep Doug was great and pleasant to work deal. I got a new 2018 Edge with great incentives and fast service did not talk all day like most dealerships. Their inventory is very large and their show room was new looking and clean. I was even given pizza over the lunch hour. Mr. Snead and his sons are very pleasant to talk too and considerate to my financial needs. Top notch dealership.

Fast easy happy

Fast and easy. Best priced around. Worth the drive to the country. Great service. Would buy from again. Baron done an awesome job. Very pleased all around

Great people greater prices

They make you feel very welcome once you walk in the door and Baron Washington is a great salesman to work with he goes above and beyond to get you the greatest deal and puts his own personal touch on every deal he makes and they make buying a vehicle very easy and stress free

Quick and helpful

Sneed Ford was great to deal with, particularly Baron Washington jr. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and ford in general. As well as personable and helpful. I look forward to continuing my business with them in the future.

Ford 150 Purchase

We had a good experience with Tom Sneed Ford. We found the truck online - it was AS advertised. Negotiated a good trade-in for our old truck. They are fair and easy to work with.
