Friendly and helpful service

It helped that I already knew the vehicle I was wanting to purchase, but the salesman and everyone else who assisted made the process even easier. Upon test driving, we realized the rear seat armrest cupholder was not functioning. Scheduling a service appointment was quick and easy, and the part was covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. They ordered a new part and had it replaced in a timely manner. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Satisfied Customers from the 785

My husband & I drove 100 miles from Topeka KS to check out their incredible prices on used vehicles for our college student; which seemed too good to be true. From our first interaction with Sneed Ford we knew this would not be a typical car purchasing experience. Rick (General Sale Manager) touched base with us to make that personal connection (Topeka roots) prior to our arrival. As we arrived we noticed a younger gentleman walking out to greet us (Anthony). We’d done our research and knew exactly what we wanted. Anthony was eager to help; no pressure to upgrade or move us into a vehicle we hadn’t mentioned. (Sorry Dennis?) As we finished our test drive I mentioned we had a new 8 week old puppy in the car (Beau the wonder dog – Golden Retriever) and would need to let him out prior to going to sign paperwork. Anthony mentioned Sneed Ford was “Dog/Puppy Friendly” and Beau is welcome to hang with us inside………… and he did. Beau made making himself right at home. Anthony, Dennis, Baron, Rick, Brandon, and the entire team working Saturday 12/29 made us feel at home with Beau. We would highly recommend Sneed Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Do not ignore the negative reviews! AWFUL!!!

Do Not Be Tempted to ignore the bad reviews! These people could care less about you! They will sell you a "Lemon" a vehicle that Ford was forced to buy back from the original owner due to a problem that Ford after 3 or more attempts was unable to resolve. They will claim that immediately following a costly buyback Ford magically was able to cure the defect thus selling you a car for Kelly Blue Book price! These "lemon" vehicles are the majority of Dennis Sneed Ford's business due to the much larger profit margin they enjoy from selling "lemons" If you dont believe me simply make a quick phone call to Gary Crossley Ford's service department and ask ANY service adviser their thoughts . I forgot to mention Dennis Sneed Ford doesnt really have a service facility. And loaner vehicles while yours is down OUT OF THE QUESTION!! If you don't believe me try scheduling service for a lemon focus with a shuddering transmission. They will no doubt refer you to Crossley Ford in Liberty. It is NOT their desire to service these pieces of junk. Their goal is simply massive profits banking on the consumers ill placed trust! My mistake is currently at Crossly Ford (Ford Fusion) for now 20+ weeks Their is no fix in sight! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

Very good experience

Very very good experience, would definitely recommend to anyone. Anthony explained everything thoroughly and helped me through the whole process. I am very satisfied and will be coming back to sneed ford and to Anthony for any future car purchases

Used Vehicle Purchase

We just recently moved to the state and needed to purchase a vehicle. Anthony was great to work with, easy to communicate with and overall was straight forward and upfront. Very easy process!

This Dealership is one of the best

One of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I drove over an hour on a Saturday to purchase a brand new Ford Expedition Max they had on the lot. After arriving there was a slight hiccup on pricing but the guys as Dennis Sneed Ford went above and beyond to make this deal happen and got it done rather quickly. Hats off to them and I'll gladly be returning to them for my next vehicle purchase.

Go ahead and make the drive. You won't regret it.

We drove over an hour from Olathe because the prices at Sneed were the best around. We met with Claudia who was extremely knowledgeable. She had memorized every detail detail of the car we were purchasing and had even researched the details of the title history. It was refreshing to talk with a sales person who was so honest and up-front about everything. Thanks again Claudia, you're the best!
