Claudia was awesome. Very up front and laid it all out on the table. She was very educated with the dealership and process and I appreciate that. I travelled multiple dealerships looking for a new truck and many dealerships failed to even greet me. Claudia and the rest of the Dennis Sneed Ford team performed well.

I recently had a deer accident that totaled my truck, and was needing quick, quality service in purchasing a new replacement. Rich assisted me from the first phone call, answering all questions about the vehicle that we were interested in, that was featured on-line. I was assured that the truck was in great condition. I told him that we would be traveling in from Western Kansas after the weekend. Rich explained that upon my review on the following Monday, if I did not approve, my deposit would be rescinded and I could walk away. The truck was great, as was advertised. I thought Claudia did a very thorough job of explaining the Factory Buyback vehicle. She also came in on her day off so that I could finish the paperwork for the vehicle on my day off.

I purchased a 2017 mustang gt premium and i was very impressed with the innovatory they had, i was able to get my hands on the car of my dreams with all the different choices they had. Although my front grill was missing the "mustang" emblem so i contacted them to tell them about it and they said they can't do much about it which is upsetting due to the amount of money i spent on the vehicle i wish they would throw in the new $10 emblem. The reason this is a 5 star rating is because Anthony was very friendly and made my buying experience awesome!

Dave was a great sales person. He was very informative about the car and the history of the car as it was used. He was knowledgeable about all the amenities and listened and answered all my questions and was responsive to my concerns. It was a great experience overall. Austin was also very good to work with in finalizing the loan and any other add ons. I will definitely recommend Sneed Ford and return when i'm ready for my next car!
