Well, I cleaned out the trunk of my car and requested it to be vacuumed; it was not. During my previous visit to Covert my right front window was scratched. I was informed nothing could be done about it. Well I guess this is ok, because I am leasing, not buying.

Brian, my salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. His no-pressure sales style made the entire experience enjoyable. I traded in my 2011 Murano for a 2015 SRX lease and the entire process was smooth, quick, and best of all, I drove off the lot in a beautiful new SRX which I absolutely love.I never considered myself a Cadillac guy, but I love this vehicle!

Covert is an awesome dealership! It was the first time in all my years of car buying where I didn't spend at least part of my time being frustrated. My salesman was John Newton. He has only been with the dealership a few months but he was engaging, knowledgeable and made sure my experience was pleasant. The entire purchase went smoothly and they didn't try to "haggle' with me. The prices are great and they are very straightforward. I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants an honest and straightforward car buying experience.
