SRX Leather Seat Protection
The protectant that was applied to my leather seats did not repel the blue jeans stains. Jason at Covert's had the seats cleaned so they looked brand new and the proctectant was reapplied.

BEST Customer Service I've ever known!
We purchased the Cadillac XTS V and I was very apprehensive because I was used to driving an SUV. When I went to pick up the vehicle, first of all I was stunned at its performance. More than that, I was bowled over by the staff! No matter who I spoke with, I was treated with respect and if that person could not answer my question they found someone who would or could. Although it was the end of the day, they did not rush nor did the technical person who was instructing me on all the bells and whistles. Later Sherry called to make sure that everything was going fine and that I didn't have any questions concerning the vehicle. I just cannot get over how friendly and personable every single employee was! When Connie called and told us the plates were in, we drove over in the vehicle and although we were not there to have them put them on, they were so accommodating! They took it over and had to put the plates on immediately! I am thinking I will never buy a vehicle from another dealership!
