This is the only place to buy and service a vehicle. Staff overall is very helpful, service is prompt, if they find something that needs to be fixed, they discuss it thoroughly. They will get you back on the road asap. The popcorn is good.

I had a recent experience with Cadillac and gave a poor survey response that was actually a complete misunderstanding on MY PART. Cadillac actually did a great job and did not deserve a bad review from me. Cadillac went over and above to help me and my survey response to the survey did not reflect the great service I was provided. Every person I have worked with at this dealership has been great. I appreciate the service and attention to detail that this dealership has provided and I appreciate the great service I have been provided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I live in Atlanta, GA and I use auto trader to find a use car. I had a particular model and package in mind. I found what I had been looking for at Covert Cadillac. I sent them an email and Johnny baker called me back. We discussed the automobile I was interested in at great length. There were a couple of items he needed to verify. In the meantime a customer came in asking for him. Instead of making me wait he put me in touch with Corey Rutherford. I explained to Corey that I had a 2006 XLR that I was looking to trade. I sent him some pictures and explained to him all I have had done to the car. Without even having to drive it all the way to TX he made me an offer. In other words he took me at my word. That tells me something right there. Handshake is his bond. He then had me fill out a credit app and within a short time Gary Fitzpatrick called to give details and the terms. Again no pressure the figures and numbers. What impressed me the most about my experience was there was no pressure at anytime to close the deal and everyone was so friendly and just super accommodating. I haven't purchased a vehicle since late 2006 and it was time to make a newer purchase. Chris Tropiano and Jerry Duran at Covert Cadillac were AWESOME. Chris and I spoke via text and phone, Chris understood my situation and what I was looking for and had pulled several options for me within my price range. This was by far the best customer and finance experience I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. I walked in after 1:00 and was driving away in my newer vehicle by 3:00. WOW! Chris Tropiano and Cory Rutherford was extremely helpful in helping me get my dream car. During the process it was times that I thought a deal would not be done but Chris and Cory assured me that I would get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would like to say that they noticed that I was a veteran and gave me the upmost respect. Everyone at Covert Cadillac treated us as if we were family. The finance manager,Arman Khachatryan, gave me plenty of options to make this deal work and I thank him for that. What an awesome team of people! We had a few hiccups and issues at the beginning of our experience, but the team made up for it with the outstanding customer service we received. I can see why there are so many 5Star reviews. As a customer myself with a 2014 CTS. I had to wait for a factory part that took over a month to be delivered. Once delivered it took no time to repair. "Jennifer Martinez" my Customer Service Advisor took such good care of me. She made sure I had a loaner vehicle from the time I brought the car in until I got to pick it up. I even requested I get an Esclade for the remaining days of my wait. She did what was necessary to get me in the brand new 2017 Esclade. What a nice car that is. She called me once a week to keep me updated on my car. The service alone will keep me coming back to a Cadillac. If you want just the very best in service request "Jennifer". What a blessing.

I went to Covert Cadillac looking for a used Cadillac and Bradley Allen was my sales professional. He was attentive and efficient. He didn't beat around or waste any of my time - which I appreciate. I was considering a replacement sedan vs a truck. Bradley didn't have the exact model and color of sedan that I was looking for on the lot but he quickly provided me follow up information after my visit that identified several options that fit my ask exactly. Unfortunately, despite Bradley's amazing service, the practicality of the truck won out for my use case (despite my preference for a luxury performance sedan). The next time I am shopping for a new/used vehicle I will come to Covert first and ask for Bradley - and I will recommend him to anyone else I know shopping for a vehicle.
