I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Joseph Isaak, very friendly man and was a pleasure to work with. Him and his team member Rami Qaqish took care of all of my needs.

I had an appointment with Carlos to view a 2017 and 2018 Ford Explorer. Upon arriving at the dealer I was cordially greeted by Carlos who was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles in question. Unfortunately for him I had some unrealistic expectations regarding the price which could not be met by this or any other dealership. Carlos did his best without any pressure whatsoever.
