Not as good as it seems

Too pushy. Pay for items you don’t need. They wanted me to sign a contract for a car I had not seen. I was willing to do business at first but their lack of communication and help left me feeling it was better not to continue with them.

Lacking Their Follow-Up Customer Service

When I first reached out to STG I immediately was helped, of course. I am happy to say that most of the deal was via text messages. It made it easy for me to purchase my 2018 MB CLA while living in another state. I rate 3 stars due to their huge lack of customer service, POST car purchase. I had an item on my 'Due Bill', which I guess that I had to call the Service Dept in order for them to order it. Didn't realize this until a few weeks later, no one told me that I had to follow up with them. Also, it has been difficult for me to get a hold of the person I dealt with while purchasing my CLA. I still have questions regarding some scratches and the spoiler on my vehicle. It has been over a month since I purchased my vehicle and I still have not heard from anyone, nor is anyone willing to look into my problem. No call backs, nothing. It's pretty disappointing as a first time buyer and dealing with a highly ranked dealership. I guess once the deal is closed the customers are swept under the rug.

Excellence

Anthony and Rikki where outstanding. Purchased vehicle over the phone and paperwork awaiting for my arrival. Plan on using them for my next vehicle purchase.

No Getting Passed Around

The experience was pleasant. I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime, and this was one of the easiest from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy. They listened to what we were looking for and were willing to accomodate our needs. They answered the questions we had and if they didn't know the answers, they found someone who did or looked it up for us. It was my son's first time buying a car. They made it enjoyable for him. After test driving the car we met up with a senior sales associate that we kept with us till the end. We weren’t passed off to a bunch of different people. We were able to built a rapport with one person and didn’t have to repeat ourselves over and over again. I like how organized the financing was. It was the quickest I’ve ever bought a car.

Very knowledgeable

Very professional... had a answer on all questions you may have ..... weren't pressured you on buying a car offer water or soda .. fell like home

Experience overall (good)

Our purchase was a Lincoln Navigator 2016, was able to get a good deal on the car, Albert and Anthony were really great at helping close the deal. Only thing that We would say was not so great was the fact that when we arrived to pick up the car, it was not washed like we were told it was going to be. Regardless, we would still recommend this dealership to other family members.

Watch the add ons

Got a deal but think I gave away too much, Found all kinds of addons when I went to actually sign the contract. Found I had purchased a 'Window Tinting' and alarm system that I never knew about and now can't seem to find out how to get the tinting done. I also asked them to use my credit union and when all is said and done I am financed with Wells Fargo now (and my bank had the same rate...

Good experience

I purchased a Lincoln Navigator 2016. Albert and Anthony were good on helping me out with closing the deal. They are great people to work with . Only thing I didn’t like much was that it was suppose to be clean and it wasn’t . I do recommend the dealership over all.

Easy, breezy no pressure sales..

This is our second experience at this dealership. Everything was transparent, quick and easy. I appreciated that the approach taken with us was very direct and not aggressive. Fady Nashed and Freddy were very friendly and efficient at their jobs. Highly recommend.
