The staff at STG are there to help. If I can recommend something good, take a look at their inventory. The prices of their certified vehicles are lower than most of the dealers nationwide. I came here to find a ATS for my lady, she drove it and felt in love. I wanted a good price and negotiated the price with Anthony, great human being and knowledgeable. Since I live 1 hr 30 minutes away from the dealer they offer to deliver the car at home for “free.” They will do almost everything to make sure you take the car you love. Just don’t think they will drop the price of the car, they already did, that’s why you are reading about this dealer. Don’t tell them that I told you, but they can drop the price just a couple $$. Overall, good facility, great prices and great crew!!!

I’ve done my research on an suv that I wanted for a while so I didn’t even negotiate the advertised price because it seemed fair. I test drove the car and I wanted it. After mentioning that I had a bank approval to finance the car they still insisted on trying to beat the rate I was given (which they couldn’t) They offered me a gps anti theft system after I declined they said sorry it’s already been installed and they knocked down the price a little bit.... they charged me 500$ in “accessories” because the car has “lifetime warranty” tinted windows. On the rear windows. (Definitely not worth 500$) The only thing I opted for was gap insurance and I had to negotiate that to be lower than what they first stated. My mistake was buying the car at night and not being able to fully see that the tint wasn’t anything special just Basic and not even worth it. I would have taken the car with no tint and got it tinted the way I wanted for 200$ I didn’t even notice the cracked side mirror for a few days. I drove off with the car and the tire pressure light came on. A week later they eventually fixed it but they kept putting me off about the cracked driver side window saying the manager want in yet. I was told by the finance guy and the service rep on 2 separate occasions that somebody would contact me and still nothing.

Be sure to test the car before purchase at least a day, and also make sure you take a copy of the agreement after signing ASAP, cause if you find anything wrong with the car you won’t be able to return after 2 days. Worst experience ever. All I can say Karma.
