Dealer made go to Ontario stating the vehicle we are looking for cannot be transferred to garden grove location, when we went with family, they showed us a different vehicle with different mileage when asked for the same vehicle we talked over the phone they made us wait telling stories and brought the vehicle which is right next door after 90 mins and said they will work out a deal for sure and ran our credit etc then the main guy comes in and say he can't make a deal the other sale person has made with us. we spent 4 hours at their location with no results. we decided to buy it directly from tesla

Great experience, Fady Nash and Joseph the sales manager were awesome with being very transparent through the entire process. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but it was made up for with their overall customer service.

I had a similar experience that other people had. They try to add GPS tracking to the car as well as charging $500 for window tinting that is stock on the car. Salesperson that helped me was not that knowledgeable, and we still had to deal with 4 people just to get what was actually the listed price on the website. The car we bought was relatively dirty on the inside. That said, the price was still decent compared to other dealers. I would still consider cars from here, just be aware of what you are walking in to.

This dealership helped us get one of our dream trucks absolutely blessed. Sales man Ricky was such a pleasure ask for him he wasn't pushy for your information he was understanding and patient and Mister Ara the number man for helping with all the fiance part he worked his magic with the numbers thank you guys so much !!! Everything was clean pretty the waiting room was nice the sofas comfy, the coffee was good the atmosphere was great not to long of wait, employees were nice not pushy
