When I came into the Camelback facility Ed was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Lon came to my house to explain many features of my vehicle which I am now very excited about. Both gentlemen gave excellent customer service.

Rip-off

This place is a joke they add dealer added items to cars that already came with those items from the original factory , for example I bought a Lexus and it had no tint no side impact clear film no locking lug nuts and no need for zackteck paint protection , and they charged me for items the car either didn’t have or they already came installed from the original manufacturer. Over 1000$ in “added” items. Pfft what a ripoff. Other dealers have deleted these items because people are starting to complain more about it , but this place will not delete it or wave it even though the car already came that way. The management never gave me a call back after leaving 2 voicemails, never again going there.

The experience at camelback Dealership was profoundly professional and satisfying starting from the sales person (Tanner), Finance person (John), Lon (Client loyalty) and Aron (sales Manager) and other Infiniti staff. Each person I came in contact with at Infiniti on Camelback was outstanding in understanding my needs and requirements. Elias Burbar has been very supportive from the moment we met and continues to be helpful as I get use to the car. Michael Edwards did a wonderful job in explaining the pricing on the QX60 and was caring and empathetic. Lon and Richard were supportive in helping me make the right decision and Alex explained the processing of turning in my car and the warranties that I would be getting. Thank you to everyone at this wonderful dealership.

Car Service - No Wiper fluid

Brought car in twice in 2 weeks for 3K in work. Everything was great except asked for wiper fluid both times and still empty :-(
