Best customer service out of any dealership I’ve been too! Went out of his way to get me a car to use while I was working on a deal with Infiniti, and also drove me to get my car that was at a different location. Louise B was also a huge help.

I want to give a special THANK U to Lon Williams at Infiniti on Camelback. I have been a repeat Infiniti owner for about 15 years. Infiniti is my go-to car and I have always received excellent sales and service. Excellence is an industry standard at Infiniti so to be able to say that I had a buying experience that went above and beyond is unique. Lon set a new standard of excellence by being totally attentive to all my car buying needs from beginning to end. Lon was available to answer my questions in a courteous and professional manner. He took extra time to ensure that I understood and was happy with everything related to my purchase. Lon assisted me with submitting my application for financing and made sure that everything we agreed upon was delivered. He gave me timely updates on my purchase. Signing my paperwork was extremely easy because Lon brought all the necessary paperwork to me and the sale was completed in less than 30 minutes. In this day and time, it is seldom the norm that you find a person willing to keep their word, Lon is that person. If you are in the market for a new vehicle take into consideration that customer appreciation is the exception as opposed to the rule. I have to say I have bought a lot of cars and hands down this is the best dealership I have been to. Chris was by far the easiest and salesman to work with and listened to all of our needs. Lon helped show us everything that our new car could do. I think the thing that sets this dealership apart is the general manager Luis was very involved and personally was able to talked to us and didn’t give us any B.S and was straight forward and the price was the price no haggling. Thank you so much guys I’m already talking the wife into training in my car for a new one also.
