Josh is the best!
I love my Infiniti~ And Josh is the best service advisor, I have ever had! I've been taking my Infiniti to him for years, and he is always exceptional at listening to any concerns, and answering any questions I have. I appreciate all of the employees at Camelback Infiniti, but Josh is my favorite, and I'm glad I can count on him to take care of my vehicle. :)

Bad Faith
They're just looking to nickle and dime you and even after coming to an agreement, they still played games and sold the car to someone else for an few extra bucks. I'll be sure to let everyone know that Inifinti of Camelback is that exact dealership that you hear horror stories about - the tricks, games, and BS - and that they should be avoided at all costs.

Kay, You came into the dealership on 2 occasions (5/25 and 5/28) to look at the Qx50 and declined to purchase or even move from your number of $1500 under vehicle cost. I was the manger personally involved in the deal and you stated if we could not come down to your price you would purchase your parents Escalade. At that time we informed you that others would be looking at the vehicle and it may not be available should you change your mind. I told my sales guy on the night of the 29th he had until 11am to bring you back as we had another customer who was driving 40 miles to see the vehicle at 11am on the 30th. He texted you at 8:40am and did not hear back from you until after 11am and the other customer was already here. After Chris set the appointment at 12pm to come at 1:30 our general manger Luis proactively called to inform you that the vehicle's availability was based upon what happened with the customer who was in the dealership looking at it. It would not be fair to have a customer drive 40 miles to look a car and tell her halfway through the process it was unavailable. If at your appointment on the 28th I received a call while we were driving the car, saying the car you were looking at was now unavailable because someone who called said we had a deal and they wanted the car. How would that have made you feel? At every turn were nothing but accommodating, friendly, honest and completely transparent with you.THIS DECISION WAS NOT BASED ON PRICE, yes the second time you came in was after the reconditioning was almost completed the price was adjusted online to include the additional work we had to do to the vehicle. On the 28th I explained to you that if you wanted to buy the vehicle we would honor the price of $2,000 less that I originally quoted you. Again your offer was $1500 below and without one of our dealer adds valued at $595, so in total the offer went down from where we parted ways on the 25th. We would have loved to sell you the vehicle and are open to try to find another one that meets your specific requirements as soon as possible. We take our reputation seriously here and try to instill a customer forward culture that separates us from the way people usually view dealerships.
Went back on our deal
I had gone in to see the car twice over a five day period but it was still going through the certification process so I was waiting for it to be fully certified and ready to go before buying. When I first saw the car online it was listed for $19,899 so during our initial negotiations, I was working with them at the price. After two days of the car having work done on it, turns out the cost of repairs was higher than they expected so they raised the price of the car online to $21,995. When they confirmed the car was ready to be test driven, I went in, drove it, we talked price again but couldn't come to an agreement. After two days of the car still having detailing and additional work done, they sent me a picture of it Saturday morning at 8:40, we agreed on the price at Noon and set our meeting for 1:30 for me to go in and buy it. At 12:50, they called me to say that someone else was there negotiating on the car (likely at the higher price of $21,995) so they couldn't make a deal with me until they were done with them - they didn't want to "leave a bad taste in their mouth" (of course I responded saying "you're doing that to me right now Luis...") and then they called me 15 mins later saying the car had sold. Literally 15 minutes before my appointment time to go in and buy the car. Truly inappropriate and ridiculously unprofessional. They're just looking to nickle and dime you and even after coming to an agreement, they still played games and sold the car for an few extra bucks. In light of your potential third visit, our records indicate our staff was giving you a courtesy call to let you know that there was someone purchasing the vehicle you were interested in. We value your time and in the interest of transparency, we did not want you to use your time coming down to the office if there was no vehicle to offer you since you were very specific that this was the exact color and option package you wanted. Generally we have a second choice, and unfortunately due to the high demand of technology packages we did have a second unit to pair you up with. Since there was no formal agreement to sell you the pre-owned vehicle we went ahead with the other guest that was in our showroom. On a positive note, we update our inventory daily. Would like to extend and olive branch to you, and we would be more than willing to work together to find you a similar vehicle in a timely manner. Are you open to this? I'm livid. I took my car for simple maintenance, 2 recalls and a battery was installed, so they forgot to plug my fans in and it ran hot and my radiator cracked and blew a head on my engine, so i towed it back up there now everyone wants to give me the call back run around and no calls returned. What should i do anyone. I have no vehicle and i was sleeping in my car due to COVID19.
